This company is on the take....nothing they say is truthful. The samples are NOT full size....they do not even list ingredients, plus the fail to tell you....your days allowed to cancel until they have charged your card. They then say 14 days but they count from the order date...... They also do not tell you that. I never received full sized products and was charged for them! You are actually signing up for continuous shipments by checking a box. I did not realize this because it never said anything about this. I also was charged for a shipment I did not order after receiving their free trial. What a crock. BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam and yes, they will not refund your money. Let me tell you several months of going back and forth and them sending product even after you cancel and taking your money. You wont get it back . They are a horrible company to deal with. Sneaky-*** snakes. They refuse to work with you and the customer service people are extremely rude!!! Stay way from this company!! I bought this product and after one month more product was sent. I called and cancelled immediately and even sent the product back. I was still charged on my credit card. When I called back I was notified I did not get a number to send it back so I'm out the product and $89.00. This is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. Learn from my costly mistake. Yes this is definitely a scam. Spoke with rude customer service who would not transfer me to a supervisor. Stated that product was technically not a sample and that you are allowed to use for 14 days ( which is really from their shipping) before you must call and cancel.
