AllureDerm NOT a free trial for $4.95

AI Highlights
  • - Free trial not free; May 2017: 2 sets $16.83 and 2 more $260.22.
  • - June 2017: $260.22 charged.
  • - Account canceled; $180 of $520.44 credited; keep product.

FREE TRIAL IS NOT FREE AND IS VERY MISLEADING. In the month of May 2017 I was billed for two sets of the product for a total of $16.83 PLUS an additional $260.22 for two additional sets.

The following month of June 2017 I was once again billed an additional $260.22 I immediately phoned and customer service was very courteous but said they have cancelled my accounts and can only credit me for $180.00 out of the total $520.44 and that I should just keep the product because they are backed up with returns and the return/credit process will take longer. The customer service rep even stated tbey really no need to clarify the auto enrollment as not to confuse consumers. I absolutely love JoAnna Gaines. I am proud of her accomplishments and was excited to learn she had started a skin care line and was anxious to try it.

I am extremely disappointed in the business side of this and how consumers are mislead.

Unfortunately, because of this I will never purchase her skin care line. Best of luck to you, Joanna but, please correct this issue.
