Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

I ordered and paid online for a MTB Maxis tire. The account shows 'finalize my payment first' although I already paid.

I have proof of the payment, so I will not pay it once more. There is no way to get in contact. I've mailed many times with the payment slip, but received no response.

Please contact me so I can send the copy of the payment slip to get the order out for shipment. Regards, Boris.
