FAILURE TO CANCEL ORDER. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP

I placed an order with this company on Sun. Sept 7th for $976.00 USD including a $45.00 next day delivery charge. I spoke to the owner, who was very snotty, on Mon. Sept 8th and inquired as to when this LARGE order was going to be shipped. The owner stated that they ship all orders within two business days and that they withdraw the funds prior to shipping. Most businesses bill when shipped . The order should have been shipped on Tues. Sept 9th.

On Wed. Sept 10th I sent an email to inquire as to the status of my order. I also stated that it was expected to be shipped for overnight delivery.

I received a reply on Sept. 11 apologizing for the delay and that my order was going to be sent via postal service today and that it would take 3-5 business days to arrive.

You will note that they failed to advise the customer of the delay and that they are obviously pocketing the difference in the shipping rates. They have not even attempted to fast track the shipments that THEY HAVE DELAYED.

I will never do business with this character again and I would recommend that you think very carefully before you consider doing business with this outfit. Look around before you buy.

Note that I have confirmed that the overnight rate to Canada is the same as in the U.S. I attempted to phone this morning and have left messages to cancel the order. I have received no reply. I have had to send another email to this outfit stating in no uncertain terms that this order is canceled. I still have no reply. Now I have to contact Visa to have the charges reversed.

This order that was placed was meant to be given as gifts this weekend and now that has been ruined due to the lack of respect for the customer.

wow these are very old comments, well I can't speak for the old management but I'm Phillip the new management. I have my family and full blooded Navajos and other tribesman working full time.

I'm 100% Chippewa born and raised on the reservation on the boarder of the U.P and Canada. I graduated from the University of Texas for Computer Science and work with many Native American organizations including the Heard Museum in AZ.

I have had the exact same experiance with the owner Richard and sales person Ken.

This company conducts poor business practices, hangs up on customers and refuses to listen to a customers comments. They do not communicate, did not respond to messages or emails.

BEWARE! :(

I totally agree. The owner, Richard, never responded to any of my emails, no one there responds to any of their social pages.

He hung up on me, so he didn't have to deal with the problem.

This place hides behind their policies and they refuse to answer anyone so they don't have t accept any responsibility. He was rude, used crude language, conducted shady and very poor business, Buyer Beware!

ALLTRIBES INDIAN ART IGNORES CANCELLATION OF ORDER AND SENDS SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP

This shady character at alltribes ignored the cancellation and shipped the order.

This character of low moral fiber then lied to Visa and told them that I had 'buyers remorse'.

Alltribes sent two rings that were supposed to be sized 9. One was sized 81/2 and the other ring which was an eagle ring is improperly mounted leaving a large gap on the side.

Both rings clearly show where the sizing was done and they have left a line of lumpy solder on one ring and the other ring has already split.

Alltribes certificate of authenticity is nothing more then a business card that does not directly relate to the product.

BUYER BEWARE!!! ALLTRIBES SELLS SLOPPY MERCHANDISE. THEY ARE NOT EVEN CAPABLE OF SIZING A RING CORRECTLY OR DOING A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY OVERCHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND DO NOT RESPOND TO THE CUSTOMERS REQUESTS. THEY LIE IN AN ATTEMPT TO COVER IT UP.
