Given up it's impossible to subscribe spent literally hours

It's ridiculous but no worries I'll simply try somewhere else. I certainly will not be recommending all trails to anyone else. I actually feel like it's a joke app or a scam. Honest hard working people haven't got time for this *** app. I've been advised to steer well clear of all trail by others

Contacts missing

Why is there not a phone number to call - four days later I still do not have the option of notifying my contacts when I am paying for that service.

Subscriber issue

Hello, I need to speak with someone regarding a subscription error that was made for the wrong account (an old account) not my current and wondering how to cancel and switch this over by receiving the same discount w a promo code. Thanks.

  • It is the best app i use for hiking with my garmin

Preferred solution: Help with switching and refunding a charge to an old account and switch the new subscription to renew for my current account.

Cancel my account

I just dont use it anymore. The reason I dont use it is not because of the bad service, but because I dont lead hikes anymore. So I dont need to calculate the mileage and elevations. I am a senior and live with limited income. Dont want to spend that extra amount of money.
