We went to the store today. We are in Shamrock Texas. The ladies were extremely helpful,really nice. they went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. The only concerns were the floor needs to be fixed. The tiles are loose and are a concern of someone catching their feet and falling. The front door needs to be fixed, the wind was catching and making awful sounds.

I shop at Allsups regularly however the store in Eden Texas has so of the most rudest people working, They get med when you ask for something from the daily and always say they dont have time to make you anything they are out of, One time was waiting to get checked out and the employees were having a conversation and I customer asked if they could please check her out, They told her if she in such a hurry she can go somewhere else and dont bother to complain I am best friends with the manager

Breakfast items

I visited Allsups #2388 on March 14, 2024, at 6:57:12am to pick up breakfast burritos. Unfortunately, the young man who was in charge of getting the burritos from the breakfast counter dropped my sausage burrito. It was the last one. I was not happy at first, but I chose to try the Allsups hatch chili sausage and egg burrito, and thanks to that young man dropping my original choice burrito, I now have a new favorite breakfast burrito! I would like to thank that young man for his mishap that led to a new tasty menu item for myself. My taste buds are very happy! Thanks!

You never get refunded when you pump less than what you paid at the counter. They always say the money will auto generate back to your method of payment. They will lie every time. Do not believe them.

Rude employee

This Guy named Calvin, I believe he a manager but I don't know. But has worked there at Least 2 years tho. He has been very Rude every time I go to Your store in Haskell Texas. He about 45 years Old on heavy set side White Male. My Opinion he is ASSHOLE!!!. Ihope Yall get rid of Him. Just because of Him I go to different store when I in Haskell. Very upset

I went in for some gas and I was on pump 10 someone had already pre-paid $40 on that pump but no one was there I went in to pay for my gas. The lady at the register could not clear off the $40.

I said I needed $35 in gas. She said she would have to get the manager to help clear that off because she didnt know how. This was not the problem. The problem started with the manager came out and could not clear it off either.

She said that I needed to remove the nozzle from my vehicle. I did not have a nozzle in my vehicle at the time. I had not started pumping because I had to pre-pay. The manager cannot get it cleared off of the register.

And sad I guess you just got $40 with a free gas. I have not gotten anything at the time And I was going to pay for my gas. The manager acted as if I was stealing the $40 of gas. I told the lady at the register if there was a problem I could move my vehicle to another pump then the manager came out again and said Very loudly to her associates the next time you see that on the register you need to say something first because Im gonna have to get that $40 out of my pocket now.

She acted as if I was going to steal $40 with the gas I had no intention of doing anything without paying for it first , I told the lady at the register never mind I will move to another pump. It is no problem and I did and I paid for my gas. The managers name was Billy Joe Crawford at all subs 2382. I have lived in this community for a long time , I am a manager at Walmart and I have never been accused of stealing anything in my life and would not the mannerism of which this manager showed to her associates and to me was uncalled for.

I am and was very offended that this happened I paid for my stuff and I always do . She acted as if we all did something wrong and we did not. I would not expect someone to tolerate it if I acted like that to my customers and I expect that something should and will be done about this.

I have worked at my job for over 30 years. Dealing with customers , and that was uncalled for.

You couldnt hit the broadside of a barn. Youre not even close. No one could pump fuel for me. I was ready to spend $400-450 in fuel and your attendants couldnt get the pump started. This isnt the first allsups that couldnt figure it out. Im a west Texas guy and Im sick of shopping at places that cant get it done. The photos of *** are the representation of your service and stations. The other receipt is the receipt from earlier this week. I spend $750 a week plus personally here and my company spends thousands.
