I have been with AllState for a number of years; home and auto. They have always been prompt on claims, courteous on the phone and patient. For me at least, they have about the most seamless processes that I think a company can have. Three years ago I ran into the back of a brand new car. My car was damaged by a driver who was insured by Allstate Insurance. I called Allstate and put in a claim.
