- - Driver Edwards delivered my car to Florida and was excellent.
- - Allstate demanded $300; I paid the driver directly and got service; refund denied.
Avoid Allstate shipping of your car. They use switch (with low price) & bait.
My car was shipped ok but they raised there fees from $125 to $300.
I paid the transport trucker$300 which was fair but Allstate shipping wanted $600 more. Luckily I delt with the trucker.
Luckily, they gave me the tel# of a driver to deliver my car to Florida. The driver was excellent (Edwards).
But Allstate demanded more money—$300. I paid the driver directly and received excellent service.
I demanded a refund from Allstate car shipping, and they refused. Try to deal directly with drivers to transport cars; call Ed at 443-801-****.
- Ad with very low price
- Bait-and-switch pricing
Preferred solution: $200
User's recommendation: Try calling independent truck drivers who ship cars. U can see tel#s of drivers who ship cars while driving on the highways

Verified ReviewerNightmare!
- - They allege the price was quoted, then quadrupled.
- - They have emails confirming original price and $215.
- - Now they demand $1,490, citing James.
Nightmare! I would not want anyone to have to deal with this company.
Please do not go through the stress and pain that I am going through dealing with the scam of Allstate Carship Inc. I have multiple emails and texts between myself and the company absolutely confirming a price. Within hours of scheduled pickup, they quadrupled that price and said I was never told the original quote and demanded I pay James, the supervisor, thousands of dollars. I asked for my deposit back since I repeatedly asked for them to confirm the price.
I was spoken to harshly and overtalked where I could not say anything. It's just been a horrendous experience! Please, please do not put yourself in this situation.
I have all screenshots, emails, and phone calls of them confirming a price. Also, the invoice that states 'final payment due upon delivery' is $215.00, which they are now demanding $1,490.00 plus!

Verified ReviewerResolved: Fake prices
- - The company pressured me to sign after a price; I paid $100 deposit.
- - Day before pickup they said XXX, higher than contract; I canceled plans.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
I gave a $100 deposit, and now, one day before the pickup date, they called me to say that the price was XXX. I did not even hear because it was more than the one in the contract. After saying that we have a contract and I would not pay more than that, I hung up. Then they texted me to say they would figure it out.
However, I have already booked a flight to the delivery location, and now I need to cancel it. It ruined all my plans. Do not trust this company.
On top of that, when making my payment, they sent me $100 by mistake, and I sent it back because that was dishonest. Apparently, it was only I who had enough education.
- Did not complete their contract
- Push you so much to sign
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified ReviewerResolved: Bait and switch SCAM + refused refund
- - Quoted $695 to ship, confirmed in writing.
- - After paying a $150 deposit, the price rose to $1,495.
- - Refund refused; complaints filed with FMCSA and BBB.
I was quoted $695 to ship my vehicle, confirmed multiple times in writing. After I paid the $150 deposit, the company suddenly increased the price to $1,495, using a classic bait-and-switch tactic.
I immediately canceled before any service was provided, but they refused to refund the deposit.
They wasted my time, lied to close the sale, and violated basic consumer trust. I have filed complaints with FMCSA and BBB, and will continue warning others until they stop deceiving customers.
- Deceptive and dishonest behavior
- Refused refund after cancellation
- Bait-and-switch pricing
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Avoid this company. They are dishonest and will trap you with fake prices just to take your money.
