Service not provided and promised refund never received
- - Limo did not arrive for the 1:30pm pickup to the wedding venue.
- - They claimed a breakdown after our call, promised a refund, and then blocked us.
Was supposed to go to a wedding venue and be picked up at 1:30pm. Limo never showed up and only told us that the limo broke down AFTER we called them 30 minutes later. Then they promised a refund which was never received then blocked us entirely so we couldn't get our refund or the service.
