Brought in a pair of pants that is part of a wedding rehearsal dinner suit. They measured to hem them with the shoes that I was going to wear with them. It took longer than the 2 weeks to get back. I had to call a few times to see when they would be done. Finally got them, tried them on and they were 3 inches shorter than what was measured. The owner refused to speak with me or to respond to my email. I wanted them to refund me the total cost of the pants plus alterations. Only had the pants less than a week when I brought them in. I asked if they have insurance. No insurance. I learned my lesson- if they do not have insurance- run.
