There is no customer service available at all. We are not able to resolve anything.
In my case I may lose money and the product as well. Since the address that is being shipped to is
NOT where I live.

Very poor policy
- I bought the jacket at full price.
- Next morning a 30% sitewide discount appeared.
- Return offered but no stock to repurchase.
I bought a very expensive jacket on their website for FULL price one evening and literally the next morning when I checked my emails I received a 30% discount notice on their entire site. When I contacted them immediately to get my price adjusted they informed me that they no longer provide this and if I wanted to return the jacket I can( which I totally would) BUT there are no more in stock to repurchase, so then I asked if I can take it to a store to do that they told me I wasn't able to do that either.
Buyer beware. They like to rip the customer off.

The contact number is not the right number and someone else answer the phone they want to sell their products not happy I cant even talk to anyone live chat is takes a couple of days? Not happy with the customer service.
