I was completely satisfied there is no problem I don't know why it sent me too pissed customer because I'm not pissed

They charged me twice for the bond
The charged my card twice for bond I only processed the payment once and it charged my card twice I only made one purchase I tried contacting that number and it wasnt in service

Preferred solution: My $4.25 back that it cost me to make a payment through customer service...
The issue was resolved. Refunded the $4 back to the card, sent a new payment confirmation and emailed the consumer to let him know what was done.

Payment processed thrice
Website payment of fine. First to attempts were greeted with payment not processed, technical difficulty.
Third went through. All three ended up being done! Discovered via email notification.
Needed to take extra step of calling all paid client, the town court of Rhinebeck which led to even further delays. BTW took 20 minutes for customer service to pick up.

Jail didnt recieve money
I called and paid almost $1,100 for Kenny Dickens bond in Orange County Indiana I was told that it wouldn't go through immediately I was told that it had been sent the jail has not received it reference number 4382**** I guess I'm just wondering what's going on
I could not get through on the main number that I was given
I tried calling the main office but could not get through so I tried calling them on this number and again I didnt get a response so Im just reaching out to you hoping to get w answer back asap please thank you I need clarifications of the payments on my account please and thank you .
