Complete RIPPOFF

We as a group belong to several coworking working outlets around the country. We were told of innovation and advanced technology at the Alloy 26. This place has the worst wifi and the lack of copy print capabilities. The conference rooms are not that great either. Management is totally nonexistent. Further we had to meet our clients off site due to outside activities nonpertaining to coworking working or otherwise paying bodies within the four walls. Save your money and hit a coffee shop.

Too Over Priced

Once thought of as a co working place but soon found out its like a community event center. Starbucks a much better deal. Always some stupid activities in the main entrance of this place.

These people don't have a clue what Co Working is about. I remember sometime ago when friends of ours worked nights at the Alloy 26 and we saw a lot of activity then.

Now this place is dormant. The only thing going for this place is what it has become, a community all purpose center.

Total RippOff

We have rented a flex space at the Alloy 26 and I have to that this place is one big sham. This is supposed to be a co-working facility and supposed to maintain a co-working environment. Instead, we find ourselves in the middle of a all purpose events hall. As we gotten to know more about what this place is all about we found that is was a big mistake. The front reception area is used for all sorts of stuff not related to business and we were told that they plan weddings, slumber parties and outside gigs that interfere with our goals in building a business. One of our prospects had to see garbage that sat in the restroom and meetingroom hallway for several days and it was embarrassing. The management is all new and clueless on what a co-working space or business incubator is.. Further, we have learned about other aspects of this place that may have put both ourselves and potential clients at risk. When we did further research of the Alloy 26, it was learned that Indeed, a hiring job site had some really bad reviews about the management staff that just happens to be smack in center of all of this. We have lost the contract to a deal our business was involved in because of the questionable environment of the Alloy 26. The new manager pretty much has a screw you attitude as well. By my personal experience of the Alloy 26, BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!

My husband and I found out the security at this place is fake. Non licensed and not registered under state law.

One entire stage prop. Very very dangerous liability wise.

Only if you had time to spend and experience that one will see it differently. Way over rated and not worth the time or money.
