Slow delivery
Ordered July 22nd. In Amazon tracking showed shipped 7/24 and no other info.
Been in my state since 7/24 and no other movement. Still have not received it on 8/3.

Verified ReviewerIi ordered a book from Allnewbooks on Amazon and never received it. The seller was unresponsive to my messages and never issued a replacement or refund.
The company replied to my multiple messages with automatically generated responses stating the item was delivered. When i replied it had not been delivered to me and i requested a refund or replacement they simply sent their initial response.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Bought a textbook for my college algebra course from these guys via Amazon because they were affordable. Well the delivery ended up being so late that I had to drop the class because I was unable to do the coursework! I had a major anxiety/panic attack because of it.

I ordered an access code from them August 23rd. First, it was suppose to deliver August 31st.
Then, September 2nd. So I contacted them and ask what is wrong with my package that it has not been delivered yet. I just get if it isnt in by the 9th contact us or call your local post office. Little do these *** know I guess I live in Philadelphia where theres more than 1 *** post office.
So here it is, the 10th of September. I email them yet again I want a refund. I still never received it and its too late I needed this access code by the 9th and never got it. I get an email back have you checked the post office how is that my responsibility to check the post office?
They have *** customer service, their basically avoiding my refund, and I cant even talk to a live person. Do not order from them, because If they *** up, you will not receive a penny back.
I also heard they charge you for sending it back? *** This business is messy dont buy from them theyre a rip off.

Bought wrong book
I purchased a college book on Amazon from All New Books and when I started class my teacher said it was the wrong book so I returned it instantly. Aweek later I had to email them to find out if they received it and when I would receive a refund.
It took them a few days to respond and I was told I couldn't get a refund because I used the access code which is a lie! When I sent the book and access code card back it was sealed it was not opened. I think they lied to just refuse the refund. Poor customer service.
I sent them an email stating this fact and have yet to hear back from them. It has been 4 days so far.

ordered a book 0n 22 jun 2019, sent to wrong address, notified allnewbooks of correct address and they again sent it to the wrong address, as of this date i have had no contact from them, no refund, no apology no nothing so i reordered it from amazon spent another 20.00 so my friend i ordered it for, can have it.

I spoke last night to an Amazon person in Jamaica about this CD which I got by mistake, I thought I was buying the book, I got by U.S mail a CD. What do I have to do, to get this thing, back, i did not open it.

Allnewbooks/Indoo FRAUDS
Ordered the TKT Course Training Activities CD-ROM from Allnewbooks/Indoo in October 2014 and told them that i needed the item before a travel date in November, they shipped it out(without tracking number) and the post office returned it to them for improper addressing, they shipped it out again with tracking number but it arrived 4 days after i left on my months long trip. I had someone pick up my mail and check the contents for me.
No CD ever showed up, just a book titled 'Business Goals1'. Contacted Indoo and they emailed me almost 60 days after it was received promising that once I shipped them back the book they would ship me out the CD. Emailed them in March telling them I wasn't back yet but as soon as I got back and verified the contents of the package I would contact them to return it. Got back in April found the item was incorrect, emailed them and they replied 'No Returns after 30 days of item being received'.
It was already almost 60 days after, that they promised to return it!
Complained to Amazon for almost a month and Amazon finally gave me a credit. I'm going to post this complaint wherever I see a forum to do so including the Better Business Bureau, this seller is making money fraudulently two ways: off customers who pay and don't receive what they order and also off of Amazon who in some case reimburses the customer and does not remove Indoo as a seller thereby damaging numerous consumers and also damaging the,reputation of Amazon.
