Terrible with information
I used them thru a friend referral, they are absolutely terrible. Everytime I emailed to get info on my case, it took them forever to respond,if they responded at all. I called in to ask questions they always say I don't know it I'm not sure. They always say things to get under your skin and scare you regarding the cases! I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO USE THEM!

They are horrible. They are very quick to take your money, but they help you with anything. I have been calling since November to get a letter to a creditor. They always say they will call me back when I call. When I email I get a auto response saying they would call me back. This is now mid January and I have to go get another lawyer to straighten everything out.
