Bill for missed appointment to discuss Bloodwork which was never drawn

I received a bill for a missed appointment. Dated 2/5/21 Date of service is not listed Reason for appointment is not listed The only information is: Charge - Missed Appointment Fee $25.00 The last conversation I had with the office staff concerned a telephone consultation concerning blood work that was never drawn. If there was no blood work why would I need an appointment? This is par for the course for this office, the management is less than professional. I also received a letter terminating the physicians services. This is fine as I replaced my physician services in January.

User's recommendation: Aviod at all costs.
