I will forever regret that. She lied repeatedly. Refused to file court papers. Came to court unprepared, when the judge complain she Said outcome be retroactive anyway!
Did not wait to read the clerk entry. Asked me to signed papers she did not review. While the other lawyer waited she left me alone with clerk. When I show her the clerk entry in her office later, "oh I have never seen it written that way before" this from a lawyer that charge $300 an hour!
The other lawyer won by simply referring to her refusal to obey court proceedings . He simply said she is seeking remedy from the court yet she refused to comply with case requirements.t
