Our flight was delayed so I contacted the car rental to switch the pick up time (even got confirmation). When we arrived they stated there were no cars available because I didnt come at the first check in time even though I called to change so I then had to rebook with a whole new car rental place and pay an additional 1400 after I just spend 1000 on that one.
