No estimates for approx 6 weeks
had a rep from allied to my home for estimates on window framing I was told that my est will be in e mailed but did not rec.I called today 12-04=2020 approx six weeks and was told that et was mailed and to call back.If a problem just for an est I wonder how long atime for them to compete the job. All iam asking for some not much cosideration ti at least let me know

Good day I understand you're upset and we always inform our customers why their estimates have not been sent within the window that was provided to receive a estimate. This year has been very hectic with the virus and everything else. Our employees all out sick around the times you're mentioning you should have gotten the estimate we also had a partner who died on December 13th I'm so sorry we didn't tell you all of that.
