They promised full factory warranty program for $3500.00, after I requested to check online reviews they got rude and hung up.

I later found the reviews are terrible and the business is a scam.

Don’t waste your money

I spent $2500 on their best policy. Everything that I had wrong with my Jeep I bought at Lawrenceburg Chrysler was said by allied to b prexisting.

The dealer is even pissed. My lights and air conditioning WORKED when I bought the vehicle.

All claims were denied at ALLIED. What a rip a off.

I agree, this insurance is a waste of money. When it was sold to me I was told it was like extending the Subaru warranty.

When things started to go wrong, the dealership requested a claim and it was refused because their definitions of what is covered and Subaru are not the same. They should be investigated, an insurance company should be profitable but they should also cover some claims as well.

Their profits should be analyzed and be evaluated as to whether they are truly insuring or just ripping off! I feel its the latter.

Allied Auto Warranty Helped Me Out A Lot

Purchased a warranty a year ago. 15 days after my waiting period and the policy was actually active my transmission broke.

I thought for sure they would deny the claim being I had only paid in $400 into the policy and I figured there would be some "loophole" in the policy but they actually paid $1800 to have my transmission repaired plus they covered the towing to get it into the dealer.

I recently traded the vehicle in for a new car, but if I ever needed a warranty in the future I would gladly use Allied Auto Warranty again.

Wow! Mr.

Dan Ferguson, the worst salesman representing Allied Auto Warranty, company. If someone sends you an email representing there company which would be (Allied Auto Warranty) and a customer replied back ready to "BUY". Why would a rep by the name of (Dan Ferguson) be so rude and Irate answering a customers question??? He had me sold for a sec until I started asking questions.

I feel sorry for the next customer he speaks with please don't ask questions because, he will hang up in your face. Suggestions to others, if (Dan Ferguson) calls or even emails you either hang up, or do not respond to Mr. (Dan Fergusons) spam mail. By the way take a look at there BBB, report horrible..

One Of The Best Investments I Ever Made

I contacted Allied Auto Warranty thru the internet and actually purchased a warranty from them for my vehicle. Thank goodness I did.

About three months after getting my coverage I blew my engine and the policy Allied Auto Warranty sold me covered the entire repair cost (over $4,000). I could have never afforded this repair if I had to pay for it myself and would have been making payments on a vehicle that would no longer run. This turned out to be the one of the best investments I have ever made.

Allied Auto Warranty has been SHUT DOWN for not paying claims and not paying for customer's policies and lieing and basically being deceptive!! About 3 weeks ago. that is right about the same time a new Auto Warranty company called Midway Auto Pros, LLC opened up..The funny thing is on the midwayautopros.net webset you can view the policy..the ONE single policy they offer is also the ONE single policy offered by Allied Auto Warranty called T.V.P. for Total Vehicle Protection..its garbage it covers drivetrain with some nay limits and rules nothing gets paid and it adds ONE ac component, the starter and alternator!! That's it. They refer to it as FULL coverage..

Dan Ferguson was an employee, not the owner. Dan's real name is DAX FERGUSON...google him to see his arrests. The owner of Allied is Mark Cardwell..he uses Brockbank to conceal his identity.. Now one ot the employees at Allied Auto Warranty opened up the new company since Allied got shut down, some wise guy little 25 year old punk named Chris Eckhard

Do not be fooled by the comments that have been posted on this site, that have what appears to be a happy ending, as far as Allied Auto Warranty is concerned, as well, with the person named Dan Ferguson.

There are plenty of complaints which have been posted on several other consumer web sites, where many of the other complaints, are real similar to what is posted here, regarding Allied Auto Warranty, and the guy named Dan Ferguson. So, do not be fooled, when you read something which leans toward being a positive posting, because, it is my belief, that the positive postings, have been placed on this web site, as with several others web sites, by some of the people who work at Allied Auto Warranty, if not by the guy named Dan Ferguson.

For my extended auto warranty needs, I had gone with Direct Warranty, and no one else. The price may not be what Allied Auto Warranty offers, but, the repairs which I have needed on my vehicle, have always been paid by Direct Warranty, on time, every time.

I have been in the automotive business for over 25 years in Phoenix,AZ..and have processed numerous auto services from extended warranties for customers having Mercury,etc extended coverage,they only use ASE certified repair shops and in almost every case the customer total fee paid for these extended services not only was returned by needed repairs happy customers profited with savings and overhauled their TIRED autos..Simply contact any auto shop for a quote on repairs.Any honest auto shop will gladly accept extended coverage believe this.Read the fine print and spend your hard earned wisely,too hot walking in this desert.TY

I was going to buy after receiving an email advertisement my wife got, filled out the quote info and got an email from these poeple, looked up their BBB rating it is an F for Allied Auto Warranty and says: Business started: 02/01/2013

Sounds like Dan Ferguson wrote the above himself! Clearly several other people had issues like mine with Allied Auto Warranty...

I got an email advertisement, requested more info, spoke with Dan on the phone, at first he was nice, then he said the plans were with Mercury Insurance, I had him send me a listing of what was covered, it said a different company name so I called Mercury Insurance directly. They said Allied had nothing to do with them and did NOT resell their mechanical breakdown insurance policies. I asked what they had available, their policy covered MUCH more and was even a little less money. I signed up with them Dan had sent me another email so I told him I went with Mercury, he responded with they don't offer payments, (which they did) and that I couldn't afford $299.00 down which I NEVER said and then he added a 'good luck with that'.

Not only and I glad I did NOT go with Allied but after reading the other complaints on the internet (google: allied auto warranty) I see it wasn't just me. The bottom line is they are no good, dishonest and rude. That is why they LOST their BBB rating and their website has ONLY been registered since August 2012, yet they claim to be open for YEARS!!! Lies, Lies, Lies!!!

Don't fall for their B.S. or their fake review above to cover up the real reviews!!

Thanks Allied Auto Warranty

I purchased an Extended Warranty thru Allied Auto Warranty about 9 months ago. During the purchasing process Dan was very helpful in explaining the differences in policies and specifically what to look out for.

I was recently looking to purchase another policy for my wife's vehicle. I can say that I have been very happy with the coverage (the warranty has already paid for itself and I still have over 4 more years of coverage left) and the customer service I received from Allied Auto Warranty and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car warranty.

Purchased warranty from allied and have had zero problems. I even had to ask for additional customer support after the sale and was promptly attended to by dan.

Same guy everyone seems to complain about. Very helpful, knowledgeable and to the point.

Made my $4000 claim disappear like it never happened. So so thankful for this warranty.

Allied Auto Warranty is NO good, Dan Ferguson is RUDE and DECEITFUL!!!

On January 21, I received a call to my land line advising me that my extended car warranty that I purchased through the dealer was about to expire, and indeed it was. Because I am on the no call list for this state, I did believe that these people were affiliated with my dealer. They had all of the information on my car and me. I had had major car repairs a few months prior which were covered under an extended warranty, so I was a believer in these warranties. I purchased an extended car warranty from Allied American Warranty for $1900, $500 down, $77.78 per month for 18 months on 1/21/09. The warranty term was 84 months, 15 day wait period, 100,000 miles, no deductible and interest-free payments. The warranty purchased was Consumer Direct Warranty Services in Redding, California; it was invoiced through MEPCO Finance Corporation in Chicago.

On May 21, I received a call from rep of Allied (Sarah) requesting payment by phone, since no payment had been received. I told Sarah that I didn't make payments over the phone and I informed her that those payments were setup to issue automatically through my bank through the term of our agreement, 18 months. I confirmed through Internet banking that payment had been issued to and received by Allied, and Sarah confirmed same.

However, on the same day, May 21, a charge of $77.78 was made to the credit card I used for the original $500 down payment back in January, resulting in my having a credit balance with Allied of $77.78. I was unaware of this charge or the credit balance until June 21, when I received my bank statement. MEPCO did not invoice me for June indicating the credit, so payment automatically issued through Internet banking. I began attempting to contact Allied for an explanation of this charge and as to why they were retaining my credit card number on file. I was told originally that they didn't do credit card or automatic payments, which was the explanation for billing through MEPCO.

I was unsuccessful in reaching Allessandro C, Allied's principal. After many attempts, I did reach Sarah, who told me that I had authorized the charge and that if I cancelled I would receive no refund, which were given on an individual basis.

I cancelled the credit card, reversed the $77.78 extra payment and sent Allied a letter informing them of my intent to terminate our relationship and to recover the $888.90 that they had received from me. To date, Allied has not responded to me whatsoever. I filed complaints with BBB in California, Chicago and Florida against CDWS, MEPCO and Allied, respectively. CDWS responded that Allied was an agent and collected all monies and that Allied had told CDWS that they were in the process of refunding me. MEPCO reponded similarly, stating Allied was agent and to seek refund from them. BBB advised me that since neither CDWS nor MEPCO collected any monites, my complaint was with Allied.

Allied responded briefly to BBB that they had a no refund after 60 days policy and would send BBB a copy of said policy. No documentation was ever received by BBB and the matter was left as unresolved, as Allied is not a member of the BBB. CDWS is a member of the BBB. I did receive a letter in July from CDWS in Las Vegas, stating that Allied had requested my warranty be cancelled as of 8/19/09, providing no further explanation. Please note that 8/19/09 would have been what the payments extended to with the credit balance. However, they received notice dated June 25 of my intent to cancel. Finally, there was no performance under this agreement whatsoever. I hadn't even finished paying for it.

There is no policy in anything I received stating such a no refund after 60 days policy or anything else in that regard. If there were such a policy, and there isn't, why don't the other entities invovled know about it. This matter is beyond the scope of any policy, in my opinion, since these people cannot be trusted to do business with and I certainly wasn't about to give them another $1,000 and share financial information, etc. with them.

It is a darn good thing, that I had spent some time researching the Extended Auto Warranty companies out there. Based on what I have read about Allied Auto Warranty, that particular company, will not get this consumers money, no matter how inexpensive, their Extended Auto Warranty plan may be.

I give a good days work, for a good days pay, and I will not shell out my money, to any company in the USA, who does what Allied Auto Warranty, has been complained about doing, time after time, to many consumers in our country.

On top of that, any company that would allow for, any of their employees, to continue their ongoing Disrespect of any consumer within the USA, is simply not acceptable in my book, and, according to all of the complaints about the person named Dan Ferguson, of Allied Auto Warranty, that he must be, as we the Texas saying goes, "All Hat and No Cattle".

Finally folks, here is my Last Conveyance/Posting, regarding the matter of, the person who identified himself to this American Patriot Consumer, as the Actual Owner Of, Allied Auto Warranty, Head Quartered in Phoenix Arizona, as the person who had identified himself to this Consumer, as (Dan Ferguson), not more than 96 hours ago, that was speaking to this Consumer, from Phoenix.

This entire situation, could have been Totally avoided, at my end mind you, if I had not paid Any attention, to the email communications, which are the first contact means, that the person who identified himself to this Consumer,as (Dan Ferguson), at the very start, of the aforementioned person's email contact with this American Consumer, who's only short fall here, was my having gone forth, and actually responded, to the aforementioned person's email to this Consumer to begin with, and, by my having asked him some very pointed question(s), which he did Not bother to fully answer for me, due to reasons, only the person who had identified himself to this Consumer, as (Dan Ferguson), Owner Of, the Allied Auto Warranty Company, and or Corporation, (How ever one cares address the business title), in Phoenix Arizona.

Quite frankly folks, it is Not my job in life, to afford the reasonable efforts of/for change, to Any of Allied Auto Warranty's personnel, Head Quarters Based, out of Phoenix Arizona, or, any other locations within America, where Allied Auto Warranty has set up shop, Period! This American Patriot Consumer, has NO more time to WASTE, on the likes of a company, who's personnel have Clearly demonstrated to this Consumer, that, for them to Genuinely Earn this Consumers business, is Not worth much, if anything at all, by the aforementioned company as a whole, had become, Abundantly Clear to this Consumer, after my only telephone conversation, with the person who had identified himself to me, as (Dan Ferguson), the Owner Of, the aforementioned company, and, the 5 text messages which I had received, from who I believe in earnest, to be Mr. Dan Ferguson, of Allied Auto Warranty Company, in Phoenix Arizona, based on the rather IN-Depth research, of the telephone number which my cell phone caller ID had captured, as well as, the discovery means, of the ongoing the cell signal's send location.

This posting, is the last, which I have any desire to convey, from this date forward, UN-Less mind you, the personnel of Allied Auto Warranty Company, manage to acquire a way/means, of getting past, the Blocking/Security means, which I have placed over the telephone number, which the the text messages had originated from, in order to Prevent any future calls to my telephone, from anyone at Allied Auto Warranty Company, Head Quartered in Phoenix Arizona, as well as, the aforementioned company's, additional telephone call center locations.

You see folks, Allied Auto Warranty Company, not only Lost this American Consumer as a prospective customer, but they have Totally Lost, any amount of Good Will Conversation, that I may have passed along to other American Consumers, looking for an Extended, Vehicle Maintenance Service Plan, from this date forward, Period!

What ever the amount, of UN-Truthful utterances, stem from any of Allied Auto Warranty Company's personnel, with regard to this American Patriot Consumer, having tarnished their business reputation, is NOT the truth of the matter! Here is some First Hand information, which I share with the Genuine American Consumer Base, who choose to be the Wise, Well Informed buyers, within Our Country.

Dan Ferguson, of Allied Auto Warranty, Head Quartered @ 3050 W. Agua Fria Freeway #240, Phoenix Arizona 85027, had identified himself to this American Consumer, as the Actual Owner, of the aforementioned company, not too long ago. The reality is though, that Dan Ferguson is NOT the Primary Owner Of Record, per the Public Records, which Are on file within the State of Arizona, which by the way, DO still show, a Mr. David Brockbank, as the Primary owner of record, from when Allied Auto Warranty had been started, on October 1, 2012.

Now, what most of the Consumers of Our Country, must know here, is that Dan Ferguson, is the "A" typical, modern day sales type, who uses Everything and Everyone, and Yet, he makes absolutely NOTHING, for Anyone, except mind you, his Appallingly Rude, Self Absorbed, Self Centered, Holier Than Thou, Deceitful Self!

Dan Ferguson, of Allied Auto Warranty, blames everyone else but himself, for, and about, Every Negative Consumer Posting, on this web site, as well as, the many other Consumer web sites, across the entire Inter-Net spectrum.

So now, why would this person continue to blame his DIS-Respectful Demeanor, and the Out and Out LIES, which this person has, and, still continues to utter, about every prospective customer, who has been on the receiving end, of the Appallingly Lame, Utterly DIS-Respectful, and, Zealously Rude utterances, from this person?

Well now, here is my stand point of view, my opinion, based on my First Hand experience(s) with the aforementioned individual. The answer is a Simple One to be sure. This American Patriot Consumer, highly suggests, to ALL who read this particular SAGA posting, that any one of you, who are reading this posting, Be Extremely Clear, that if you are putting out your feelers, (researching), an Extended, Vehicle Maintenance Service Plan for yourself, and Dan Ferguson, of Allied Auto Warranty, does make contact with you in this regard, then Please bare in mind, that he does Not Care, NOT One Bit mind you, if a prospective customer, has served in our Nation's Military Services, because, one of his utterances to this Genuine Patriot Consumer In America, who has served Our Country, for One Quarter of a Century, and retired from same, 17+ years ago, that he, Dan Ferguson, who has Not extended himself, to have EVER served in any one of the 5 Military Service Branches of Our Country, because he, Dan Ferguson, has uttered to me, that he, "Had/Has a Real Job", and, NO one cares about those of us, who have served in combat, 40 years ago, of which mind you, just like the Poor Marksman, Dan Ferguson did NOT do the math correctly in the first place, missed the target completely, and, when it comes to this Patriot, and when I had actually been in combat, Who Mind You, Had NOT Asked, Not EVER Mind You, "What My Country Could Do FOR Me, But Rather, What I Can Do FOR My Country". A concept which is Well Outside the depth, of the Holier Than Thou, Self Absorbed, Self Centered, DIS-Respectful, and Deceitful types, like aforementioned individual, based on his Zealously Rude utterances to me! How Pitiful!

You see folks, what I have just conveyed herein, is Exactly what had transpired, between Dan Ferguson, and this American Patriot Consumer, less than 72 hours ago! Now, Dan Ferguson shall try his best, to DIS-Credit this American Patriot Consumer, by offering up his, FAR Less, Than Truthful Version, of what had transpired, not more than 72 hours ago, between he and myself. If Dan Ferguson says that I referred to him as a Butt-Head, this is a true-ism, because, he had conducted himself as such, via the only telephone conversation, that he and I Ever had to date.

Now, Dan Ferguson, shall no doubt, say that he would be more than happy/glad, to offer up, to anyone who would care to listen, to Allied Auto Warranty's, recorded telephone conversation, between he and myself. I say, by ALL means, Please do listen to it! And YES, this American Patriot Consumer, had been Rightfully Ticked Off, with this Less Than Desirable Character's, Totally DIS-Respectful utterances to me, in the first place!

And now, here is the Grand Kicker Folks. What Dan Ferguson shall NOT EVER offer, is what I shall, Far More Than Gladly, offer up to share, with any Genuine Patriot Consumer of America, who has read this SAGA posting. I shall share, my own, UN-Edited, recorded conversation, between Dan Ferguson and myself, and, in addition to the UN-Edited recorded telephone exchange, which I had recorded as well, between Dan Ferguson and myself, I also offer to share, to the Genuine Patriot Consumers of America, all 5, "YES", ALL 5, of the Zealously Rude, and Appallingly DIS-Respectful "Text Messages", of which, Dan Ferguson had sent to my work/government sponsored cellular telephone, which mind you, Always Records the In-Bound and Out-Bound calls, NO matter who is calling me, or I them!

And YES, Dan Ferguson had Denied, Of Course, of ever having sent me any text messages, when I had contacted Allied Auto Warranty directly, via their toll free telephone number of record, and, I had actually spoken with, Dan Ferguson, and Yet, after having the rather nasty telephone conversation, with Dan Ferguson at his place work, (Allied Auto Warranty), of which mind you, I do Know, that Allied Auto Warranty, routinely records ALL of their telephone contacts, In-Bound, and Out-Bound, so I was not concerned there. At this point, Dan Ferguson had Blocked my cellular telephone from being allowed to process through to Allied Auto Warranty's, In-Bound telephone system, which I had anticipated. Dear Dan, doesn't care to hear from, a prospective customer, what a pity.

Within a short period of time, I had placed my telephone call, to the telephone number, which had appeared on my cell's caller ID, a total of 3 times at this point and time, after each text message, that had been received by my cellular phone, of which, I had left a message for Dan Ferguson, Ordering Him, YES, I did convey my Order To Him, "To Cease ALL Communications With Me Forthwith"! Not more than 2 hours had passed, since I left my voice mail, at the telephone number, which my cellular phone ID had captured, and, another 2 Text Messages had been sent to me, from the very same telephone number, which the first 3 text messages had been sent from, and, the tenure of the last 2 text message(s), was that of what Dan Ferguson and myself, had actually spoken of, when I had contacted Allied Auto Warranty, directly, earlier that day, and, what I had conveyed, when I had left my voice mail, on the telephone number, which ALL 5 text messages had originated from!

The end I think, of this SAGA posting? With Dan Ferguson, not EVER having served, in any one of Our Country's 5 Military Service Branches, then he simply does Not, Even Remotely, grasp the term, "Covert Intelligence Gathering", what a pity! The telephone number which had been utilized to send ALL 5 text messages, to my work/government sponsored cellular telephone, had been researched, and, the location discovery, is being processed presently!

Allied Auto Warranty calls my house 3-5 times a day and I ALWAYS ask them to put me on their Do Not Call list and they mock me and call right back. They are HORRIBLE! I wish I knew where to complain about them.

I was going to buy, looked up their BBB rating it is an F for Allied Auto Warranty and says: Business started: 02/01/2013.

That is less than two months ago, now you are saying the BBB is no good? That is ridiculous, the BBB doesn't lie!!
