Our instant hot water heater had pooped out in the first two weeks (crazy weather didn’t help)

Chrystal from Alliance responded so quickly that I didn't catch the email! Also, I believe it was Kayla in parts in KC.
She helped expedite the delivery; they got our insta tank on a truck by request in the last half hour, and Chrystal told me so quickly that it would be covered!
I love Alliance and will always go to and buy from Blue Compass! Thank you, thank you, thank you all!
