I have no direct knowledge of this organization, but from their name, they clearly encourage the use of therapy dogs. These are one of the great scams of our era, and allow dogs into places where they don't belong - food outlets and stores, aircraft passenger areas, etc. If a dog is necessary for your peace of mind, you need a psychiatrist and medication.
