Connie Boling, agent. Very biased, showed and acted with discrimination, either very new or lazy as could not look at my file. Mind you I have been a customer for many years. No change in information.

Been doing a lot of research.
I will most definitely be filing a complaint. Not because of non insurance. Because, you as an agent did NOT do your job.
The home definitely could be insured. I had to do your job every step of the way.
Starting with a file that has been with Alliance for many years.
I had to do the very basic information that you could not do. You just had to pull up the number.
Another, you tried as another reason, stating the inspection report was not even signed by inspector. Can you not even look for the inspector signature?
I have never had to do an agents job like I had to with you.
In my opinion, you are definitely incompetent at the least. And the worse is your bias, your discrimination that you have showed.
Your lack of workmanship that you should provide to each and everyone of your clients, equally, is abhorrent.
When there is no rhyme or reason to a person's actions or lack thereof in a business action, as in your case; the discrimination that you definitely did not lack showing.
I go looking. I scour everything.
Let it be known that you and as an agent representing Alliance; they too will be reported. Tact is something you would definitely need to learn.
By the way, my rental I own is 1900 sf brick home on 3 acres with a giant barn. No, we use another company for insurance.
Yes, we paid for that in cash a year ago. Judgement on people does not suit anyone.
