Ordered filters, they are garbage and don't fit. Refusing to refund.
They are refusing to provide a refund for product that is not what they represented it to be.

Co. sent those 6 filters in a damaged box could tell from way the tape was on box all of the filters were damaged so now I will have to find more filters and put out a $100.00 more this size is very hard to find

initial add for product promised free shipping. two day later UPS refused delievery unless I paid for shipping almost as much as purchase

Ordered hot tub filter almost a month ago, paid in full, still haven't received the item and have received no response to inquiries about where our merchandise is or refund
