They need to place a customer service line visibly on their website to make it easier to call customer service.
Preferred solution: I got help accessing their website
No honest answers
One of their customer service representatives, was fired for explaining how the program works and being honest. She had a higher retention percentage than anyone.
She also was there longer and trained everybody now employed there.
She lodged a complaint for the first time in 8 years and was promptly fired and the compliant reversed on her, which was unverified and incorrect. She was then forced, under duress, to sign an exit form that was false.

They are a supposed debt management firm, They take your money and do nothing. Avoid these scammers. I requested a refund which was promised in 3-5 days and still no refund

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
They supposedly run a debt management firm. The BBB website has some positive reviews.
Those reviews are fake. Read the negative reviews. They take your money, make empty promises and do nothing.
The credit card people started calling 5-10X daily starting 1 minute after the due date after the due date. I requested cancellation and a refund, which was promised in 3-5 days via express mail.
