Terrible Customer Service

es, Eric, this office is awful. Took my daughter there as I too was referred.

They are horrible. After a consult I instantly knew this Dr. was NOT doing ANYTHING to my daughters teeth. Gave them my insurance, insurance paid for the visit.

later to find out they wanted an addition $40.00. Called and spoke with "Maggie" as you read below Eric said SHE IS VERY RUDE. I inquired about the $40.00 she tells me "Your insurance paid very low, and Its ONLY $40.00" ok first of all, NO one mentioned to me about an additional $40 fee, at least give me an opportunity to say yes or no for a service. I mentioned this to her and she again told me "its only $40.00, and I will not negotiate with you.

No one communicated to me that my insurance would not cover 100%, no one mentioned to me that there was any additional fees.

This is NOT customer service. You do not tag on additional fees just because.

Bad Experience with Bad Dentist in Allen, Texas

Dr. Kavita Doddamane is an Indian endodontist who is arrogant and has a dominating,

aggressive personality.

She disregarded my concern/complaint and then threatened me to shut me up. She's a bully and not sensitive to patient input or needs. I will never return to this woman again.

This was MY personal experience and I do not know if this is typical of her behavior toward patients, but if I had known about her temperament, I never would have agreed to see this specialist. She can continue to be harsh with patients because she does not have a practice that depends upon satisfied return patients.
