I was scheduled through my warranty company today for 3-8pm to get my dishwasher repaired. This company was a no show even after I messaged him to see if he was still coming and didn't get a response.

- Bought a washer and dryer from Allen twice with late-night delivery and payment flexibility.
- The dryer is electric; I moved and need a gas unit.
I actually could not find his number so when I looked for it I ran across these reviews. I was shocked by the negative comments I have got a washer and dryer from Allen on two separate occasions.
He delivered them late at night because I was desperate and let me pay him payments because I was broke at the time. I got the dryer about three years ago and it still works but it's electric and I moved so I now need a gas one. I don't know what happened with these other customers but I was recommended by another one of his customers who was also very happy.
I never do reviews but I felt obligated as he was so helpful.

Don't do business with Allen's Appliance (Independence, MO)

Allen Williams is a *** artist and a lying thief!
He brought us a used mismatched pair of old POS washer and dryer that he claimed were rebuilt and refurbished. Neither unit lasted more than 3 months. Then when it came time to honor the warranty he charged us a ridiculous price for the part and the unit broke again within 3 weeks. Worst call back and customer service of my life!!!
Don't be fooled by the poor me Mr. nice guy routine. He often lies about family issues that he has going on which is what he uses as an excuse for the absolute horrible customer service. We found these claims to be untrue. He had no trouble lying to our face and totally ripping us off.
He's a Craigslist troll so consumer beware!

DUD FOR A WASHER WARANTY
- The strainer traps lint; cleaning is covered but the pump repair is not.
- Parts were promised, but the washer was not returned after 10 days.
I BOUGHT A FRONT LOAD WASHER AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE STRAINING SYSTEM. LINT AND SUCH GETS CAUGHT IN THE STRAINER. THEY COVERED THE CLEANING, BUT NOW THEY WON'T COVER THE REPAIR OF THE PUMP THAT HAS BURNT OUT, BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO CHECK AND SEE IF IT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED!!!!
IN THE REPORT THE TECH SAID HE TOLD ME OF THE PROBLEM AND THAT IT WAS NOT COVERED. AS A PARENT OF 5 KIDS DO YOU THINK I WOULD HAVE NOT HEARD THAT? I WAS TOLD BY THE TECH THAT THEY WOULD ORDER THE PART AND BE BACK SATURDAY NOW HERE I AM 10 DAYS LATTER AND NO WASHER.
THEY PUT ME OFF UNTIL I CALLED AND FINALLY GOT AN ANSWER.

Manufacturers have stopped paying for customers abuse or customers issues.. The warranty statement in your owners manual tells you what is covered and not covered.
Foreign objects in your pump are not covered nor never have been covered. It did not leave the factory with objects in the pump.
Why in the world would you bad-mouth a servicer for YOUR mistakes and YOUr washer. Grow up and learn how to use the new washers being built.
