How to return product. Product was sent to us with wrong measurements ( mistake done by allegro)

Ordered bed 160x200 cm and received bed90x200. Need to return the bed with full refund. How do we do it. Problem needs to be resolved as soon as possible, as we will be leaving Poland on Tuesday, February 14/24. We live in Poniatowa woj. lubelskie.

NI buy some stuff through the application here. On 2nd June and today it is 22nd June. Almost 20 days have passed. Till now my item is not delivered and the application which has option for chatting when I write something there then I get message from there also in chatting option. In the language of Poland or I don't know which language and or through email that we from 8:00 to 14:00 but after that my problem is not solved. All that is said is that you continue the conversation, but where is my parcel. It doesn't mean where someone is, they are not able to tell. It's been 20 days now, I have to email every time I buy something. When I have given my address. I have given my mobile number so that you can contact me. Whenever it is time to deliver and there is no online system, how can I check it. Where has my goods arrived?

Hello, we are trying to find out where our package number (ccce7070-1c40-11ee-b804-51c423eb2b48).We see that the package does not have the ability to track its location however when we click on report a problem and say that the package has not been delivered yet then it says that the time for its delivery has not passed yet. The date however is 13.7 which has already passed. Furthermore the I for action of the package is in "history of packages" which in my point of signifies that it was already delivered. Therefore we have no clue where the package is if not at the local post office or if its still being delivered. Thanks you and have a nice day.
