I have just had a serious knee operation and I chose your hotel thinking that you could accommodate me. My doctor prescribed complete rest and to do my rehabilitation exercises in the sea (I have an allergy to chlorine which is in swimming pool water.) Due to my disability, I don't need a room for reduced mobility but please can I have a room without stairs to climb (first floor), closest to the sea and in a quiet section.I am making a special request to see if you can accommodate me: can I have a room without stairs to climb, closest to the sea and in a quiet section. My wife will accompany me to help me with my travels. Only one large bed in our room.
For the moment, please note that I am still using crutches but when I arrive I will be using a cane. I will wait for your response. Can you please confirm receipt of this email. Thanks in advance.
