*** poor service

SThey have had a bike I ordered since 12/8/22. Multiple no call, no shows on delivery. No communication. No response to messages and emails. No one returns calls. Finally got a human once and she could not have cared less had she tried. No explanation for the no shows. Refused to reschedule. Theyll be in touch, hopefully in a few weeks.

User's recommendation: If you’re ordering from Proform, icon or nordictrack, make sure this won’t be your delivery company.

I am in the same boat only I still yet to have anyone scheduled a delivery date. My Vault has been in Pensacola since 11-23-21.

I received an email to schedule but cannot due to no slot available.

I have called Allegro 4 times and they keep saying someone will call me back within 48 hours and no one calls me back. I have called Nordictrack and they say someone will call me back in 3 days and no one does.
