Waiting in 104F heat to get in after stating that doors would be open at 430pm. Horrible experience
Doors were not open until 45 minutes past when stated. Thousands of people waiting in 104F heat in parking lot and kids puking from standing in the heat. Poor logistics and planning for concert

Lost bag
I had checked my bag at west gate baggage claim center at allegiant stadium and when I got off work they were closed, when I went back the next day, they weren't opened and I was directed to box office where lost and found is. They told me that they didnt have it (725) 780-**** They gave me 2 numbers 1 work 1 didn't, emailed lost and found I emailed them called them and I even went back the next day and once again they said they don't have it.
I asked them how come they can't find my bag but when a customer lost her wallet they had it so customer picked it up. they got back to me next day, asked me to describe what was in my bag, then they said they would get back to me within an hour. They didn't. Got a call from one of the consumer representative person that asked me to send them a picture of my claim ticket.
Nobody has gotten back to me in over 2 1/2 weeks. I told them that I needed every thing in my bag after all I couldn't get home that night cause my bus pass was in my devotional bible book mark. I COULDNT CASH MY CHECK, I CANT BUY A PACK OF SMOKES, I COULD PICK UP MY DAUGHTER, CANT DO ANYTHING WITH OUT MY I.D. MY SOXIAL SECURITY CARD I ALSO HAD MY MOMS I.D.
AND SOCIAL. MY MOM PASSED AWAY I CANT CALL PEOPLE AND CLOSE THINGS WITHOUT HER INFO. AND ALLEGIANT STADIUM HAS TREATED THEM LOSSING MY BELONGINGS LIKE ITS NOT THEIR FAULT. 1ST OFF NOT MY FAULT THEY WERE CLOSED WHEN I GOT OFF.
2ND I HAVE A CLAIM TICKET. 3RD THEY TRANSFERRED MY BELONGINGS TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION ON PROPERTY. 4TH IVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM WITHIN A TIME PERIOD WITHIN A WEEK. ITS BEEN ALMOST A WHOLE MONTH WHAT THE F..K IS TAKING SO LONG TO FIND A BAG THAT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN MOVED TO LOST AND FOUND 1 OFF DONT CARE THAT ITS POLICY.
WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG TO FIND MY *** DO YOU THINK PEOPLE COULD AFFORD ANOTHER BUS PASS, DO YOU THINK THAT PEOPLE WANT TO BE STRANDED FAR FROM HOME WITH NOWAY TO GET THERE.
FRIENDS GOT ME 2 GIFT CARDS FOR MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT. I COULDNT FEED MY DAUGHTER I COULDNT FEED MYSELF.
THIS WHOLE DEAL LITERALLY HAS FU..ED UP EVERY SITUATION FOR MY LIFE MY DAUGHTER. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD YOUR CHILD SAY THEY ARE STARVING AND HAVE NO MONEY TO BIY FOOD FOR THEM EVER NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET FINANCIAL HELP, FOOD STAMPS, BUY ANYTHING AND NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IT DO TO LACK OF I.D.
NOT BEEN ABLE TO CLAIM YOUR MOTHERS ASHES, CAUSE ITS REQUIRED. I WILL NEVER TRUST ALLEGIANT STADIUM EVER AGAIN WITH ANYTHING OF MINE NOT EVEN MY ENEMYS BELONGINGS.
