We have recording of them telling us all of our stuff would be moved for under 2000 1 day out of cancelation window they changed price after multiple emails trying to get confirmation on the pricing. Don't

Misrepresentation of the services.
They are not an interstate moving company. They are a broker for moving companies.
I was told to expect a crew of 8 early in the morning to undertake all aspects of the move. As it turned out late in the afternoon two U-Hall trucks showed up with a 3-man crew from another company. Packing and loading were not finished until 10:30p the following night. Only then were we told that we owed an additional $16,300 and they wanted it in cash or a cashier's check.
This was a total nightmare.
Furthermore, before we signed the contract with Allegiance, they were always accessible on the phone. After that, they were very dismissive of us, not explaining that insurance had to be bought separately.
User's recommendation: Don't use Allegiance. The first question to ask any moving company is whether they are a broker or the actual moving company that you will contact with.

Verified ReviewerExtremely Underestimated Moving Load and Cost
My name is Cindy Young my email address: cindyyoung60@***.com.
For the very first time my husband and I used a Broker moving company (Allegiance Moving &; Storage, 2216 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth, Florida (844) 499-****) instead of working with a moving company directly. Our Representative's name is Stephen who finalized the cost of our move. NOTE: We did get estimates from 3 other moving company's, but decided to possible save $5,000+ and go through Allegiance Moving & Storage BIG MISTAKE!!!
Details as follows:
Moving from Gilroy, CA to Bonney Lake, WA (867 miles)
Total cost to move a 2900 sq ft home $10,264.59
Deposit of $3,927.69
Moving Date: 08/15/2020 - 08/16/2020
I have a copy of our contract with Allegiance Moving & Storage. Please feel free to reach out to me, address above, and I will be happy to provide you a copy of our contract. EXTREMELY UNDERESTIMATED COST OF MOVE!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM MOVING BROKERS and this Moving Broker.s
They want your money and your business, but you will be on your own after you sign the contract and give a deposit of total cost to move. Plus, we paid extra to protect Glass Top Tables and our coffee table glass top was shattered by the moving company. Problem with a Broker Moving Company, everything is done over the phone and you don't know who you're going to get to move your furniture and belongings. Please read below the *** my husband and I went through with the moving company Allegiance gave our contract to do the job.
Our moving contract was given to: Netanel Moving & Transportation, Passaic, NJ 07055 (3**)**0-8822 or (888) 648-****
This company has an office and storage facility in Pasadena, CA.
Company owned by: Alex and Jacob
We were contacted by Alex for the pick up and delivery, and the driver is named Jacob to pick up and load the truck. Alex, co-owner, said the driver will be at our house between 9am - 11am on 08/15/202. Alex called again and said the driver will be at our house from 2pm - 4pm. Alex called again and said the driver will be at our house at 5:30pm. Finally, the driver showed up at 530ish and all *** broke loose.
1) We had to pay Netanel Moving & Transportation a deposit in cash of $4,436.00 upon pick up and loading.
2) We were told by Alex and the driver they WILL NOT be able to move us until we pay them $7,479.97 via check in addition to the deposit given to them in cash. WE HAD TO BE OUT OF OUR HOUSE BY SUNDAY, 08/16/2020.
3) Upon delivery of our furniture, we will have to pay them $5,106.00 in cash.
Total out of pocket cost to Allegiance Moving & Storage and Netanel Moving & Transportation $20,949.66.
My husband and I are in the process of taking Netanel Moving & Transportation to Small Claims Court, reporting them to Better Business Bureau, Consumers Advocate, and providing pictures and contract to the State Attorney's Office in California and New Jersey for an investigation and consumer beware. Netanel Moving & Transportation did over $7,000 of damage to our furniture and belongings. They told us we are only eligible for $300 refund, but to this date, 03/24/2021, refuses to give us the money because they don't mail out checks and they only refund via Apple Pay and Zelle; which is total bullshit.
Save yourself a lot of money, hell, and headache and work with a reputable Moving Company directly like: Allied Moving & Storage. My husband and I have used this Moving Company in the past and regret not using them again. If you're in Northern California and need a another moving company, we would suggest K & J Moving also.
- Easy to reach a representative
- Misleading and extremely underestimated cost and truck size
Preferred solution: Send a person out to do a thorough moving estimate.

Complaint and total rip off
They contracted a com called Falcon moving llc. Allegiance quoted me 3 different quotes after I found things that I had missed.
The total amount quoted after quality control estimate was 3,292.50.
After Falcon got there on the 7th was another quote over 5000 and by the way my daughter and gr son took most of the boxes so a lot less, maybe 16. Still dont have.
- Misleading and extremely underestimated cost and truck size
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

Verified ReviewerAllegiance Moving and Storage accused me of a "fake" review
I can assure you my initial review was not "fake"! I relocated from Lafayette, CA to Nashville, TN in March of 2019.
Initially, I contacted 3 moving companies and settled on Allegiance. The reason I settled on them is because "John" assured me I was NOT speaking to a broker but, rather the actual moving company. John lied - he would not put me in touch with the movers until I paid him approximately $2000, all the while telling me it was a "down payment on the move". A few days later the movers arrived and I had to pay THEM and was told THEY were the moving company - Allegiance Moving and Storage was only the brokers!!!
So,I had them store my things until I could get my own place. When I called them to deliver I was going to be charged another $5-6,000. I told him I would give him $4500 and not a penny more.
He took it and delivered my furniture - which was broken, damaged beyond repair, scratched, etc. So NO I would never recommend these people!!!
- There are no pros for me
- Not a reliable company
- Customer service
- Mislead
Preferred solution: Full refund
Cancellation
I was very unhappy with the quote they gave me for the few items I had to move from the condo I am renting. When compared with other companies, they were very high.
I didn't realize they were a broker for other smaller companies, which I was not familiar with. Ultimately, I cancelled my move with them.
The customer service department was very polite and efficient. Joann was very helpful.
- Very good customer service
- Prices are high
User's recommendation: Compare prices and see if the local movers offer a better deal.

Verified Reviewer | Omaha, NebraskaA COMPANY THAT LIES, CHEATS AND MISPRESENTS.
I was given a quote of about 10,000.00 for a full house load. According to the individual who did estimate.
IT included 7 packers and 2 trucks. A few days later I received a call from someone who called himself "quality control." He did the assessment again and said it would be about 9 thousand more . He had to charge anther payment. He said the other person who did the estimate did it lo not do busow "because he wanted your business." I finally said no and that I would only go with the original agreement.
He then said he would reverse the 2nd charge on my credit card. Well he did'nt reverse charges. I called eavery one I could to get the 2nd payment returned. Mr customer service would not answer phone or return my requests for a call back.
I did not have time to get a different company because they were supposed to have packers come in a few days.
When the packers came there were 2 with a Hertz truck, no moving van. Of course they couldn't load every thing they were supposed to. I finally had to rent a truck myself , load much of what remained and drive to Omaha from CA towing my car. At loading we had to cough up close to 4,000.00 to give to driver.
But that's the least of what happened.
I arrived in Omaha just as the SEMI truck finished unloading. APPARENTLY MY STUFF WAS TRANSFERRED FROM THE HERTZ RENTA TRUCK to a moving van. Since I have gone through most boxes there are about 40 broken pieces of special glassware, 5 art work pieces damaged that cost me around 350.00 to repair. One original canvas painting by Betsy Jones was torn.
I still have not found anyone in Omaha that repairs canvases.
In addition we had to pay another 4,000.00 to the drop off driver.
I am in the process of filing several hundreds of dollars in claims..Not only were several items broken, but numerous boxes were missing. Some boxes had numbers, some did not I'm still working on the inventory trying to piece together all that was missing.
Finally, I am in the process of filing a fraud report with the police department at the company headquarters.
A DEFINITE WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Verified ReviewerThey charged me for 700 cu ft and I only used 500 cu ft
They told me that after they load the truck they would come back with the actual cu ft and give me a price adjustment. They never did that and as you can see in the photo they did not stack my stuff vertically like they should have, they kind of threw my stuff in the truck or it all fell over because I did have a few broken items.
Allegiance hires other moving companies.
Mine was Evergreen Relocation, the man was rude. I was moving at a terrible time during the COVID-19, Allegiance said it would cost $1800 and when the movers came they charged me $3400, I became a pandemic profiteering victim.

Verified ReviewerThis company is the worst do not use them.
Allegiance moving and storage is the worst. Do not trust this moving company you are dealing with many different individuals.
The manager's name is John, he will go over your inventory and quote you a price. They will not send out someone to measure your cubic feet. you will spend more money than you were quoted. They use a third party moving company.
When the third party arrives to move you it will be something totally different. BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD.
They are not affiliated with the Better Business BEARU. There are no star ratings for this company.
- Not a reliable company
Preferred solution: Just want other potential movers to know this company is no good

Verified ReviewerI wouldn't recommend you guys to my worst nightmare
Ocean Moving and Storage where brokered by Allegiance Moving and Storage but didn't know until they showed up at my house to move me across the country, the 3 guys that showed up were high on marijuana because we could smell it, then I still tipped them $50 and somehow one of my biggest tote rolling bags got stolen from their warehouse in Atlanta where they off loaded my truck to another semi to go across country, this was after waiting 3 weeks before they could get some to drive their long distance truck across country, they then off loaded my furniture again in Colorado to another semi that was coming to Utah. By the time they got to my place in Utah it had been 32 days.
So I waited 32 days for my furniture and had to spend 2 weeks in a hotel because of their neglect and I lost that big tote bag that had over a $1,000 worth of household and hunting items.
Would not recommend using these idiots ever. Now I have to go through the process of claims which will be another nightmare, and I am sure I won't see any compensation for the misery they put me through.

Allegiance -- A Biggggggggg No
Until you pay these guys will do regular follow up. Once you pay 1st due, then it will be moved to some XYZ carrier's.
since then it will be totally flipside, you can expect more charges, unexpected charges, additional charges. I was quoted for a amount to move from MN to NC, I was not even informed about a additional $350 for door delivery if truck can not come inside community.
Even though they quoted it as D2D, it is not actually door to door and you end up spending more money. I would never ever recommend allegiance to anyone also their carrier ABC moving.
I was so frustrated cos of these ppl. I hope, it would be helpful to at least one.
Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scammers
This is the worst company ever! I called Allegiance Moving and Storage LCC for estimate, they are a broker in Lake Worth Florida.
They assured me that they would find a great company to move me from Orlando Florida to *** Georgia. Allegiance (Stacey) gave me an estimate after taking my information over the phone, they also told me that they would send out a 3rd party professional to do a live visit and they would then speak to Allegiance about what they found. That 3rd party person estimated a different number of boxes for my move, she said that she believes that my move would be in line with 200 boxes for my move and not the 150 boxes that I estimated. I spoke to another person with Allegiance and another price was agreed open.
Then the night mare started!!!! I needed to move on certain dates and they knew it, I was selling my house in Orlando and closing on one date and buying another house in *** the day after. So, they knew all this information and had me with no options but to use them once I agreed to the move. Allegiance sent Star USA Moving company, who by the way SUCKS even worse than Allegiance.
Star USA came into my house and started to look at the items that needed to be moved and after about a half an hour later came to me and the price of the move was now almost 3 times the estimate I was given. I called Allegiance (spoke to Jill) and they were no help they kept making excuses on how the 3rd party person made the mistake. I was closing on my house the next day and had no option but to proceed with the move. This Alex, I believe is the owner for Star USA promised that I would get all of my things and they would be delivered on that Friday, 99.9% sure is what this CLOWN said!
Well it was not Friday and I had to call him and ask him when he would deliver the items. He said Saturday. The items were delivered on Saturday and they left all of the packing materials that they used outside in a mess. Now after spending time opening my boxes, I find that I am missing 3 boxes of can, jar, bagged and boxed food from the panty.
I am estimating about $1200.00 and my pendulum from my grandfather clock anther $200.00. I called Star USA Moving and Alex answered and he had no explanation other than saying "I don't know, everything was delivered", Right enjoy eating my food you CLOWN!. I then asked for the claims department and he gives me a number that has a recording!! you have to go online to file a claim!
No one to speak to!
These 2 companies have a SCAM going on here! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
$25,000 worth of furniture damaged and no calls
Took CASH and $25,000 of damaged and no phone calls back
- Have taken my money
- Missed delivery no idea when my stuff is to be delivered
YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU USE ALLEGIANCE - THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
I will start out by saying that their pricing was competitive and that is the only reason I am granting them a 1 star. Remember that's an *** school.
I made a move from CA. to TX and was starting a new position here. When I reached out to Allegiance I told them that I was starting on 10/7 and that I needed to be certain that my delivery would be here on or before 10/6 and reiterated that it was of the utmost importance and they assured me that would be no problem at all because they called their carrier and he confirm that wouldn't me an issue. WELL IT IS NOW AN ISSUE!!!
It is 10/14 and I still have no earthly idea when or if my stuff will be arriving, I called and called and called no less than 10 times and that is an underestimate and had no return calls from anyone. I didn't get a call saying they were not coming. I didn't get a call saying there was a delay. When I called the guy that packed me he said his part was done and there was nothing he could do. When I called Allegiance no call back, when I called their carrier no call back and yep you guessed it crickets.
I finally filed a Better Business Complaint and guess what I got a voicemail, but now that I call back I cant reach the guy on the number he called from.
Well in short if you don't mind not know when your stuff will or if it will arrive then go ahead and pull the trigger with this place. At best they are just horrible and at worst literally criminal I will know that answer hopefully in the next few days as they don't seem to feel its important to keep you up to date if they have all your worldly possessions and you have no idea when they are going to arrive after being more than a week late and care even less if you have any idea at all if they're ever going to get around to delivering them.
THIS COMPANY IS A CON AND YOU HAVE NOW BEEN WARNED. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR STUFF, YOUR MOVE, OR YOUR TIME-FRAMES (even when they assure you that they do). ALL THEY WANT IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IT'S SCREW YOU!

Allegiance Moving and Storage - Insurance Review from Golden, Colorado
Aerotek has been a blessing, but their benefits have been a curse. Allegris are *** artists in disguise.
I had gotten their insurance and accidently selected thing that were already included into my plan. I had asked them to drop them. 6 months later they didnt and charged me more. I wanted to cancel my insurance in all.
1 month later still not cancelled.
I'm being forced to pay money I need. I'm done with conartists.

My final price was $750 OVER Allegiance's estimate. The movers, 1 0f 1 out of New Jersey were good and packed the items very well.
When I called Allegiance to question the increase in price, I was told that my items must have been "larger than average!" The only thing that I had added to my original, quoted inventory was a medium U-Haul box. $750!?!?
