Incomplete order and wrong items.
My order is 100 t-shirts and I only received 26.
I ordered 16 hats, 6 S-M, and 10 L-XL, and the company sent me all S-M.

Verified ReviewerResolved: I ordered 96 shirts DQ-115**** on December 11, 2024 but the company never shipped them to me. I sent them messages several times a week but no answer.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Forward message from your company
I will contact my credit card company and file a charged back fraud if I don't an answer. i showed label created, but the packages never received by UPS.

I had an issue with an order. I wrote them on May 30th and June 4th.
They claim a 1 day turn around response, yet Ive gotten no response. With the live chat they claim to be the fastes response its clearly just a bot and giving 0 help.
