No customer service to change credit card information, card was compromised an I wanted to give them a new credit card for payment !!

I called AllClear ID to change credit card information, someone took my information down. Now I get email saying payment made, but still using old card.

I call today and find I have to do it online,but yet I get alerts all the time from them saying my email is on the dark web. No phone number for the billing department.
