Every time I call, which was twice today, it says that I reach them after hours. Then, they say their hours are from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon, but it's 8:48 in the morning, so how did I reach after hours? I tried to email my inquiry about getting the discount I received in the email and didn't get a response either.
Preferred solution: I would like to get a subscription for the discounted amount shown in my email and on the site. I click on the discounted price for 12 months and it's showing it will charge me $144 instead of the $12.

- - After buying membership and applying to BIG COMPANY commercials, there is no way to view submissions or see any record, and submissions disappear.
Once you buy the membership and apply to all the so called BIG COMPANY commercials, the site does not even have a placeholder to see where you submitted.
They keep and show no record of your submissions. They disappear into thin air.
Dont fall for it and waste your money like I did.
