Atrocious customer service, but they don't care.
AVOID THIS COMPANY, Avoid the heartache!!!!!
We ordered a Eureka vacuum cleaner (Boss SmartVac) from them.
The vacuum cleaner was faulty (burned through 2 belts in as many days of light-duty household cleaning) and we have been engaged in an endless series of emails and calls with their "returns manager" (what does that tell ya!?). She was pitiful and defended, to a point of screaming at me, their VERY MISLEADING "returns policy".
Pitiful, just pitiful! Please avoid this company and the inevitable drama.
After reviewing this company on several review sites, I've reached the conclusion they just don't care...

Be Careful for Allbrands shopping
I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Allbrands.com 3 weeks ago. But vacuum is not working properly, so I would like to return it and in their web site, it's written with $25 restocking fee, they can refund it.
But I talked perhaps 3 hours on the phone but no result. Then finally they said, they could not refund it, the person on the phone said in the page of the product, it is written, no refund. I checked with her, but I couldn't see anything. I think it is written somewhere and with smallest fonts.
But I didn't see anywhere. I am very very pissed off. This is the first time that I met, no refund-shopping through internet.
Allbrands is kind of scam company.
They are lying, and not comply their rules. Be careful and do not purchase anything from that company.
