Terrible service, awful attitude!!!!

Awful! Lazy and rude!

A millionreasons as to why they can do their job but not as to how they can help. Refused to service unit because it was not marked with the condo number...eventhough I told him which unit it was!!! Didnt give a *** that it had already been a week trying to get them out and had to go to alot of trouble to get someone out there. His suggestion...have the property management company mark amd then call him...SERIOUSLY???

As for the office staff, could not get a manager on the phone to save my life! I switched to another company as I have zero faith and confidence theyy will do their job or do it correctly.

P.S. Avoid AL!!!!

A/C REPAIR HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY DON'T HURE ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY, MY HOME SHEILD HOME WARRANTY SEND REPAIR GUY HTEY ARE HORRIBLE, THYE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU RECEIPT, NO SHOW UP ON TIME, LET YPU STAY ALL DAY TO WAIT.

FIRST THEY TOLD ME MY BOARD ON COMPRESSOR NOT WORKING FIVE MINUTES LATER YOU HAVE A LEAK ITS NOT COMPRESSOR, 5 TIMES THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE AND SAID DIFFERENT TINGS ABOUT THE A/C HORRIBLE , NEVER AGAIN. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

HOME SHEILD ANOTHER WAIST OF MONEY, THEY SAY SOMETHIGN THEN ITS THE OPPOSITE. ALSO THEY PUT CHEEP FREON AND WRONG FREON.

AC Service

Everyone from the manager(Bill) to the dispatch/customer service(Shannon) needs to fire themselves. I was referred to them by my homeowners insurance(American homeshield) and this was the absolute worst experience ever.

They never made initial contact with me after being assigned by the insurance company, I had to reach out to them. They scheduled an appointment but gave no time window as to when someone would be coming. After my constant calls and messages to them, they had the nerve to say my appointment wasn't even on the books and claimed that they had been trying to reach me. Question??

what are you trying to reach me for if my appointment wasn't on the schedue? Losers

These guys don't have the tools to analyze any AC system. Watch him from a side doing work for my neighbor.

He pull out $50 gauge and when he put it on the AC unit outside he almost leak all his Freon. And when he gets its out even more came out.

Freon stream Look like the old stream locomotives. Just sorry for my neighbor.

Never call this company suck

Two weeks without repairing my a/c and went i call they said that they dont have the part i cancel and call my friend and we put the motor in 1 hours two week no a/c wow or they want is the money never i we call back this company is only for money and the employed wow no education and went you call they put you in foll and then went they ansew the phone they dont not what happen and they going to be call you went the motor come but for 2 week and i went and call the company they send me the motor next day

Sphere gadget things tried to take $49.95 from my card, lucky I didn't have that much in that account it was insufficient funds I would like to stop this in the future I have not ordered anything from there.

Allbrands Appliance Repair Review

Two weeks without repairing my a/c in south Florida and they lied and told more lies . Finally they subcontracted another guy .

But that didn't work , they changed out so many parts I think they just got lucky after a while .

They claimed it was an advanced modern unit even though it's almost 10 yrs old . I will never call them !

All Brands Appliance Service - Incompetent!

All brands was dispatched by my warranty company for service on washer & dryer. Determined the washer needed a new motor control panel. Said it would be ordered the next morning. My warranty company still doesnt have a request for a part authorization 48 hours later.

Dryer: Claimed a clogged vent was problem. Didnt fix the problem. Called to speak to owner - but couldnt get to him. left mesage but no call back. 2nd visit claims clogged vent again and they will have warranty company send someoone out to clean. Warranty company has not heard from them.

Poorly run comnpany. Poor Customer Service. Avoid al ALL costs.

Incompetent - ALL BRANDS APPLIANCE REPAIR

An group of incompetent folks. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away.

My warranty company sent them out to repair a washer and dryer. 2 weeks later and neither is fixed. They told the warranty company they cannot diagnose. They ordered a part telling me that was the problem.

One week later the part was installed (after countless calls to find out when the part was coming in and to schedule the next appt). The tech left. 5 minutes later the washer stopped and dispayed the same error code. He came back, but started guessing at what might be wrong.

These are the same folksd that told me the dryer problem was a clogged vent, but after the vent was cleaned the dryer was still not operating properly.

The owner never had the decency to return a single call. Apparently he does house calls too, and if he is as incompetent as his techs - I amsure he has his hands full

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
