Dave Torres completed our hardwood floor 2 years ago. He came after a couple months to tear existing floor up and then left hardwood in our living room and torn up floor for months. He then would come with one of his sons to work and leave again for weeks. The whole process took many months only to find he did not stain in many spots. He also did not glue and nail the floor. The floor looks terrible now and needs to be completely replaced. Finally after 2 years he came to take a look and told us it wasnt his fault. It would be $3000 for him to put a new finish coat on. He has since disappeared. Terrible workmanship, service, and is extremely dishonest in his reliability and business.

User's recommendation: Do not ever use.

Dave Torres promised to refund my deposit 6 weeks ago. To date I have not received my refund even after constant reminders.
