I bought some colored hair from AVH online and the hair is so raggedy. Its shedding terribly, its extremely course and it doesn't hold curls.

I usually buy their Malaysian hair. Unfortunately it DOES NOT state what pattern of hair (Brazilian, Malaysian, Indian, etc you are purchasing; but based on my past quality of hair products I trusted this colored hair would too be of quality. Now I am stuck with hair I paid over $400 for, plus the extra for delivery, installation fee's; all for nothing!

There is nothing I can do with this raggedy, hair that is shedding like an animal. I want my money back ASAP!

First, let me say that the shampoo bowl dirty with drainage issues and is a health hazard. It leaks so she has a bucket to catch water that sits ther was weeks.

April 4, 2019, I had several appts with Roni in which several were canceled because someone else was paying her more money. However, she had me to bring 2 bundles($130.00) of hair with a frontal ($149.00) to her to dye the day before appointment but did not dye the hair until I arrived. I feel she intentionally did not dye the bundles in an attempt keep the hair. The frontal and the bundle of her was the same texture and quality.

I found it very suspicious that the bundle did not color but the frontal didn't. She asked me to get some more bundles so it would take the color. Therefore, I went to All Virgin hair where I had to pay an additional $135.00. I tried leaving voicemails, sent numerous texts and phone calls without any response.

The last time Roni did my hair all my hair wasn't resewn in because she split one bundle into 3 section and sewn in 2 section then keep the third section. She little pieces off to give the impression that all was left but it wasn't. She had a friend that wanted her hair that color but did not buy the bundle for it. The next time I saw her the third section of my bundle was in her hair.After getting up out of the chair ...I asked why does the sewn in hair feels so thin and was told some of the hair shed.

Below are some of the text I sent to her: Friday – July 5, 2019 Lannie: My friend says she’ll take hair even it is sewn on a cap. So don’t finish it the she can pay me. (12:37 pm) Deroncia: It is started already bri just hasn’t finished (12:58pm) I just got back in town today. August – August 6, 2019 Lannie: Hey Roni, Were you able to sell the hair?

I want to buy more hair with the money. (6:32 pm) Deronica: No she hasn’t but see how to potential buyer 4 $120 ya;ll will split 50/50. Problem is it’s thin she needs another bundle. And its without closure.

(7:07 pm) Wednesday – August 7, 2019 Lannie: 120.00 split 2 wqys? My 2 bundles was $130.00…. so it’s not a full wig? Especially, without closure, thin and need another bundle.

Ummmm, if I kept the hair, I could possibly blended with another color hair with it. Ok, I’ll come by tomorrow to look at it and send a picture so she show it to her stylist. She’ll take time making up her whether to get or not. Could you have at the shop tomorrow for me?

(7:23 pm) Lannie: Just text her. If no closure and really thin, we’ll get it and take my bundles off. Since it’s $120.00, let me know how much to get it as is. So’ll see you tomorrow.

(7:41 pm) Thursday August 8, 2019 Deronica: Gm she bringing it when she gets off. And ok yes that’s good price for what u left its thin and not the best quality and short. Remember it was 2 bundles and frontal I think u kept the frontal. Soon as she drops it I’ll text u.

But I’ll have it by Friday for sure if I have to go get it myself. (8:58 am) Friday- August 9, 2019 Lannie: Ok (4:00 pm) Saturday – August 10, 2019 Lannie: Hey, Didn’t get a text from you yesterday but I can wait until Thursday this week. However, you can handle it…I can pick up either the $60.00 or give you $60.00 as is. I just want to be fair and do not want to cheat anyone because there was work done to sell.

Please text me when to come. (12:48 pm) Called Roni and left voicemail. I told her that Mayvenn stated I could have sent the hair back within 30 days and they would replace it of refund the money. In additional, I stated I want to resolve the issue regarding the hair but she needs to call me by Tuesday August 14, 2019.

Roni did not respond nor did she text me.

I explained we both could benefit from it …I would get the hair replaced or the refund. Mayvenn was considering paying for the work put into the wig but I needed a response from her.
