Shop closed
The All Tune and Lube in Tyler Tx. closed down after excepting my vehicle to replace the engine.
My vehicle has been there since 08/03/2018, the owner had me pay in advance. I stopped by last week to see if reopened, but still closed. I found my vehicle parked in the back with no engine, the shop was empty no engines or anything.
I would like to know if anything is going to be done to help customers like me, disabled on a limited income with no way to afford to loosing and replacing a vehicle and the money that was paid to it fixed? I would appreciate your help in this matter.

5/27/2016 I would like to let anyone know who comes to this service center how I was treated today. I purchased a 2008 BMW 328i from a local dealer.
While I had the car at my mechanic for a front end rattle they hooked it up to the computer and a 2A87 code came up. I have a drivetrain warranty with the dealer who sold me the car. They referred my their shop - All Tune & Lube, Dover to make an appointment have it looked at. The owner - Mello himself ran the car through 17 systems and told me that the code was not in there.
Turns out after he got very loud in the showroom in front of other customers that the code WAS indeed in his scanner. Remedy - bring the car back when I have time to pull it apart. Fine. Second - prior to purchasing the car I brought it to my mechanic for a check.
It was discovered that the car had an il pan gasket leak. The dealer had All Tune & Lube fix the leak. Fine. After driving the car a bit the front end began to rattle, thinking front end, I bring it to my mechanic who drives it, hears it puts it on the lift, *** the under panel and out falls a piece of the stabilizer bar and shows me how the stabilizer bar is moving freely in the front end.
This sub frame needs to be removed to replace the gasket in the oil pan. Obviously All Tune & Lube failed to put the car back together properly resulting in the rattle. Also a bold on the pan was not screwed in. I brought this to Mello's attention today and he threw me out of his service center in front of other customers.
I would think twice about using this service center in the future. The customer service is POOR and that's from the owner. He yells at his customers, I have witnesses and will be contacting them for statements when I call the franchise HQ on Tuesday. No one should talk to another human being like Mello spoke to me today.
Ever. You should be ashamed and embarrassed at your behavior. My cars will never go there, the mechanic do a half-baked job it they can't tighten a bold and put stabilizer bars back on. Of course the 2A87 code according to Mello could be the wrong oil or oil filter.
Can you guess who did the oil change on the car before I bought it? And changed the oil pan gasket.
You guessed it - All Tune & Lube. Your name is written all over the problem with this car and you won't admit to it.

I took my car in for an oil change and to get the tires rotated, and its been 3 hours, there are only two other cars here and when I had complained about how long it was taking, the excuse was "We had ordered the wrong oil filter, it's out of our hands sometimes". This company is NOT worth the cheap price, I would have rather went anywhere else and paid twice as much because it would have taken less than half the time I've been here.
Smoke Test Review
Took my car in to have smoke test done for evap, I went to the all tune and lube on eden rd. in Arlington Texas..
They lifted my car in the wrong place and pushed the floor inside and under the car up..I got mad, they put my car outside with key in and did nothing else.
Would not give any paper work..now I'm debating going to court. All I want is my car to be fixed...
Truck Hoses Review
Took my truck to get the hoses changed. Spent $350.
The location I went to closed down and all the hoses leaked and were dry rotted.
Had to have them changed again. I would like reimbursement.

WHEN TO.HAVE CAR FIXED BECAUSE IT KEPT SHUTTING OFF OR WOULD DROP TO 20 Miles and our when.i was Going 50. I have two children one Being 4 years old and one at the time a brand new newborn .
I had my car towed up there even though i live Only miles from there.. I just Didn't feel safe Driving with my two children.God forbid it dropped the speed and i Get hit from behind. So They call Saying it was a bad coil that was causing the problem.so of Course i said fix it cause i could not drive like this anymore.. And.they said the Problem would be fixed ,i went Back twice after that with my car still Doing the same thing ..
Oh.dint.forget i had paid $650 dollars to have fixed..Anyways to make it short .the problem was still there, i was out $650 and they still wanted to charge me to fix it again..THEY ARE THE BIGGEST RIPOFFS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.. I'VE LIVED IN.LAND O.LAKES ALL MY.LIFE AND WOULD.NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO.MY.WORST ENEMY.. DO NOT GO.THERE FOR ANYTHING .

I took my car to get its oil changed on 12/29/12 and had them run diagnostics on it. He came back and told me that it was a fuel rail pressure sensor and that it’s drive-able but I won’t be getting the gas mileage that I should. I left and said that I’ll bring it back when I have the money to fix it…
Fast forward to 3/8/13, my car stalls when I’m driving. I bring it back to All Tune and Lube and tell them that my car is stalling. Andres came out and told me that he has to replace the sensor to clear the diagnostics on the car and that he doesn’t think it will fix the problem. I, like an ***, agree and he calls me the next morning and says that my car is still stalling and it’s the Fuel Pump, Regulator, and Fuel Filter. THEN, they told me that it will be $1,225 to fix. We spoke and they took $225 off for the sensor that was un-necessarily put into my car. I pay the $1,000, put $50 worth of gas and take the car home. The car sat in my driveway for 2 days until I went to work. On RTE 80, in the fast lane, my car stalls. After paying $1,000 I would ASSUME my car was fixed. So, I have it towed back to All Tune and Lube in Dover. All day they keep telling me that they have no idea what is wrong and they will call by the end of the day. They never called; I had to call them the next day. That’s when they told me that they replaced the spark plugs and it hasn’t stalled. I asked for the fuel parts that they put in as well as a print out of all the diagnostic codes that they ran. I go to pick my car that night and they left no print-out, no parts, and no keys. Thank goodness I had my spare keys with me. I get in the car and take it home…however, my engine is running harder now then ever. The next morning, I called and said that my car wasn’t running very smooth and they told me that it wasn’t ready to be picked up...they worked on it this morning..And now it’s ready. THE CAR WAS SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!!!! How did they work on it in my driveway??
By now, as you can imagine, I’m fuming… I call and speak to the OWNER (who at first lied and said he was a manager). He told me that they did so much to my car that they didn’t charge me for. Basically, all they changed was a spark plug but only because I was almost hit in the fast lane of Route 80. I asked him how we would feel if someone said that his Mother, Daughter, or Wife were in a car that someone said that they fixed and it stalled on 80. I’m assuming he didn’t like that since he hung up on me. I sent someone to pick up the parts, keys, and print out of codes since obviously, I was very upset. I haven’t even looked at the parts yet but the codes were from 12/29/12, the original date that I had gotten my oil change…and the codes say Fuel Rail Sensor and guess what??? ENGINE MISFIRE!!! The ONLY things that my car needed were a sensor and SPARK PLUGS!! Basically, I paid $1,000 for spark plugs. They never diagnosed my car when I brought it in; they just put a new fuel pump in for NO REASON. They completely took advantage of me. I will never go back here….and if you value your car and money, I would suggest that you don’t go here either. I want everyone to know how disgusting this place was!!

i've been to this place in 5047 west colonial drive orlando,fl these guys are a bunch rip off you go for an oil change and the mess with other things on your car to get you to come back for more repairs...the owner is link with used car dealership name princess autosale and repair located at 3510 old winter garden road which went out of bussiness because that guy don't believe in making customers happy..please avoid anything to do with elize verty which is the owner of that place if you live in orlando askaround

I would like to file a complaint with you regarding the All tune and Lube/ Brakes Plus at the address 445 W Broadway Road Suite 101 Tempe AZ 85282 4**-**6-1616.
I had gone to them several times when my tire was going flat. Granted I know that they are not a Tire place however they had been nice enough to put air in the tire long enough for me to get to a tire place. On Tuesday March 1st 2011, I went in with the same predicament and was treated rather differently from the same manager Dave. Clearly they were busy, however we were told that we had to wait for him to help his paying customers first. That was okay at first but then more and more "paying" customers came in and rather than helping me and getting me on my way, he helped them. An hour later I want back in to see what was going on and he gave me the same excuse. This time he started to become more patronizing and condescending towards me. The way he was making it sound was that because I wasn't paying for services I didn't matter.
When Dave finally can out to look at the tire, he took one look at it, he said "that tire is gone, I can't help you, that tire is off the rim, it's a goner! You're out of luck!" I needed help in the worst way this was my spare so I asked if they could put the old tire on and put air in that tire. He said no and reminded me again that this was no a tire place. He clearly did not to help me, he kept walking away from me and then would come back and say that "I've got to understand that he has to help his paying customers and continued to argue with me. However I mentioned that I worked for a major organization and used to refer other people to them but after the treatment I received that day, I would not be referring anyone else to them and would tell them why. After my saying this he got one of his employees to help me (it took a total of four minutes - he popped the spare back onto the rim and it got me to the tire place.- with enough air in the spare.)

I called this establishment to confirm that they would change the oil for the coupon price I received in the mail for my specific car. They seemed friendly enough and said it was no problem.
After I got there I checked to make sure that they would use the exact oil required in the manual, since this was a new car and the first oil change. Again, no problem. But as I watched I noticed the boss rooting around to get the oil they would use. He put it on the bench for the mechanic.
Since the quart containers were not the same I went over to check and he had given him two quarts of transmission fluid and two quarts of 0 W 20, while my car required 5 W 20. So I asked about it and they suddenly told me it would take a bit since the oil had to be delivered to the location. Good thing I checked! Transmission fluid in a brand new Honda Civic!
I sure would hope not! Anyway, when I went to pay the manager refused to honor the coupon price. I told him I wouldn't pay a penny over it since that is what he had promised. He got angry and told me to get out without paying anything.
Needless to say this is an establishment you need to be very, very careful with.

Hopefully you paid for the engine on your credit card. If so, you can dispute the charge, as they cannot make you pay for a product or service that you did not receive!
