- - Anthony was paid $1250 upfront for a promised job.
- - He failed to complete the work and did not refund the money.
Anthony ripped my mom off for $1250. My mom gave him the money up front on the promise he'd complete the job, and after many attempts and promises he failed to do the job and never payed the money back.
Obviously this guy is a crook and deserves to be jailed for his obvious disregard for law and ethics.
People like him are low life crooks who don't stop at anything to rip people off. Consumers beware of this *****!!!
All State Roofing, LLC/Verbatim Roofing ripped me off
- - Verbal contract with Anthony Sobecki to fix 2 nail guns.
- - He took the nail guns and did not leave $150 in payment.
Anthony Sobecki of All State Roofing/Verbatim Roofing is a ***!! He had a verbal contract with me to fix 2 of his nail guns.
We had arranged for him to pick the nail guns up at my place of work, leave the $150 he owed me in my vehicle, and drop off a few more that needed work. We made arrangements on the phone and i had complete confidence in him to hold up his end of the bargain. This *** bag took the nail guns, FAILED LEAVE THE MONEY, and did not leave anymore nail guns. If he stoops that low to rip off someone who has performed honest work for him, what is he capable of when doing a job for someone??
Can you count on him to give you an honest estimate and do honest work? I dont think so.
He is apparently now doing business as "Home of the Roof Tune Up" and "Verbatim Roofing & Construction." We needed our whole roof replaced, and unknown to us, the guy we hired subcontracted the job out to Anthony and Roof Tune Up. The guys did the job - the roof looks great.
But it seems he pulled a fast one (which, after doing some research, I now understand is his SOP) and didn't pay the guys when it was done. We also needed paperwork from him to turn into our insurance company so we can get the rest of the money from our claim, and have yet to get it, even though he swore up and down he was going to drop it off the next day. Now that I've done some research on him online, it appears that he is anything but honest & aboveboard.
We are very fortunate that they finished our roof, it seems. I would stay far, far away from this guy.
