My loss due to this companies negligence is NOT $27 dollars!! It's $27,000. THAT IS TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS,and rising each day.

Let me tell you all a little true Story...... On Dec.02.2019 I got a return call from Freeway Ins Brokers. I'm told the insurance laws are changing in 5 days and if I don't get ins, I Will never be able to get it. So I charge my Visa and start a policy/ I tell him I have a 2017 Mercedes-Benz and it financed. So he does a policy with me, and he charges me 450 and says he will fax the final copies of the actual policy to me in 6 to 8 hours. I get the copies and there is no Comp and Collision on it. I call the next morning and I can't reach the guy. Over the next 10 days I record 32 separate calls to Free way and National General Insurance since they were the carriers. I get the complete run around, Sitting on hold for hours and being transferred No one will help, I just needed the correct mistake of their Employee. I offered to come to whatever office and pay more money top get it added on because by law it was supposed to be on there, or they could not give me insuranc3e. The Broken never came back. He went on a drunken rage for 10 days and the 30Plus fellow employees kept putting me off AND stalling. I had a right to amend my policy in 48 hours. THEY CIRCUMVENTED THAT RIGHT! I got it done, and they are trying to NOT COVER IT ANYWAY!! IM going to SUE. Anyone want to Class Action with me Call 714 605-**** My name is Rob.

Pay me for the total loss so my GAP ins will pay off the loan I have on it. Its their fault .I did my due dillegence and they employee a drunk and they try to weasel out of paying claims. And they double bill you. and embezel money orders.
