I made a withdrawal of $250.00 on February 2nd and I still haven't received it. I've been on live chat, only to be told it's with the operations department.
It's been months and months now, and still I'm waiting. I'm really unhappy because I also won $10,000.00 at Jackpot City in December last year, and I haven't received my winnings either.
I have withdrawn money in the past with no problems, up until these last two times. Hoping someone can help me out here!
