Worst customer service

My A/C unit stopped working from friday (8/12/2016) and i have been trying to contact service.. Unfortunately my unit stopped working on a friday evening so it was after office hours.. They had the toll free number through which i was able to get hold of someone to talk to.. That weekend was the most horrible one, with temperatures between 80-103 and humid ! I spoke to 4 people(Mia, Sherry, Barb, Dee) from Friday evening to Monday morning (8/15) and each time i spoke they took down my details and said they will send the information to the technician on call and they will call me soon.. but so far no one has returned my call.. Today mornings call was the worst.. It was not worst becoz i was not able to get a technician, it was worse because of the callous, irresponsible and pathetic attitude of this person(Dee). She was like we will inform service and they will only come service when they are in the "area".. She mentioned that only in case of an emergency the technician will be contacted immediately. I asked her what constitutes an emergency and she said "Medical".. Now how can a "MEDICAL" emergency be considered "emergency" by the HVAC people !!! and this has been the attitude of these people. If possible please avoid these people at all costs as they are totally unprofessional and irresponsible !!!
