When I expressed my well-founded concern that bait stations are not the most effective form of termite controlespecially in Texas, where soil treatments with proven termiticides like fipronil are demonstrably more reliablethe representative didnt attempt to engage in a civil discussion or even listen. Instead, she abruptly hung up the phone.
