- - Bought Goodyear tires online with install and tax.
- - All Pro Auto Service in Des Moines refused installation unless wheel alignment was purchased.
I reported All Pro to Goodyear to register a complaint, they said they would investigate, gave me a claim number and said they would get back to me. No word yet.
The only thing I want is for All Pro to be removed from Goodyear’s roster of installers.
What they did is dishonest and people should know to steer clear of this shop. I worked in auto repair/tire shops and never tried the crap they did.
I bought tires on line from Goodyear, paid for package included install & tax. All Pro Auto Service on SE 14th street in Des Moines, IA was the designated shop to do the install.
All Pro then refused to install tires unless I purchased a wheel alignment from them. Not the agreement, I pay Goodyear & they compensate installer period. Their actions are not only dis honest but I believe illegal. I have purchased 5 sets of tires in the last 10 years and none of the shops tried this scam.
Steer clear of these people they are clearly not honest. I have reported them to Goodyear.

Never going back here. Dropped my truck off on Wednesday, was told I would be first in the bays on Thursday.
Had the truck all day and I had to call for an update. They hadn't even gotten my truck in a bay yet. Was told that the truck before me was giving them problems. Wait.
How can I be first in if there is already someone in front of me.
Also, was told that they wouldn't have it done on the day they promised. Didn't even get an apology.
