Shady , unprofessional scammers

BEWARE of All pro appliance repair !! Worst experience I've ever had !! Our refrigerator quit cooling so we called them to come down , At first the appliance guy went over all my appliances , took forever trying to tell me everything wrong with them so they could fix them , I just wanted my refrigerator fixed that's all!! He kept beating around the bush wasting my time about giving me a quote ( took over 2 hours ), then finally gave me a really high quote $1300 just to replace the generator in my old refrigerator, what a joke , I can buy a brand new fridge at that price so I declined their service ! The visit was supposed to be $24.95 as advertised in their ad , but told me it was going to be almost $60 for the charge, I wasnt going to pay that extra charge that they were trying to get out of me, it said only $24.95 and that's all I was going to pay cause I didnt use their service (misleading scam right there )it's not my fault that noone does repairs with them because their prices are so high and RIDICULOUS!! (Another company charged $650 for the same thing and was excellent!) Now they keep calling me all the time to collect the rest of their made up fee that they tacked on to look at my refrigerator , they are so desperate for money, their misleading ads to get you in is a scam ! This whole company is a JOKE and a SCAM, dont fall for their sales tactics and outrageous pricing !!

If that's the worst experience you've ever had, you're either very young or have lived a charmed life. Trust me, it gets far worse than you have ever imagined.

Incompetent & Unprofessional

They sent a tech out end of June. He said the seal on my freezer was bad and ordered a new part which I had to pay up front ($378 total). When he came 2 weeks later, he installed and left. Door would not shut. Turns out they ordered the WRONG part. I called them and they reordered. Again he shows up and STILL wrong part. On the 4th visit (over a month later) they send a different tech out. He installs new part & door still doesn't stay shut. He says 1st tech totally misdiagnosed the problem in the first place & now it is the door, which they cannot fix! He can't help me and I have to call the office to see about my money. After over a week of leaving messages for the supervisor, Gary to call me (he never did), I finally got some (not all) of my money back. Not only were they incompetent, but very unprofessional.

Washer repair - they were unable to do

Repairman had no idea of how to work on my washer. He spent 45 minutes on his phone looking at the schematic of the washer but never did anything. After this time I ask if he knew how to repair it and he said you appear displeased with his service then ask if I wanted him to leave so out the door went. I found another serviceman who had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. All Pro Appliance Repair Not Recommended.

All-Pro Appliance Repair is Fraudulent Enterprise

This All-Pro Appliance Repair is notting but a fraudulent enterprise. Called this outfit to diagnose a water heater that the pilot light was not functioning. They were very quick to send a technician, about 3 hours, however here on the service was noting short of incompetence and fraudulent. First the technician left the house with gas leak and did not turn off the gas so the house was full of gas. Than without doing any repair I was charged $532 on my credit card. I call the company and talked to Kamal Sharma the manger. He said he would call be back after speaking to the technician which he did. However, did not apologize but put the blame on me by saying should have called them right away when I had problem with gas leak and not technician. He agreed to refund me the $532 minus the $79 for the service charge. I told him that I was given a quote of $39 diagnostic service call and that their web site clearly stated that it was $39. He sent me an email stating if I did not agree to pay the $79 he would not give me any refund. I contacted the credit card company (Visa) and told them about the fraudulent charge and they agree to refund me. However it took me multiple call and time to explain the whole story. I would never trust All-Pro Appliance Repair again.
