This time there was no charge but was told they take new parts rebuild them then install. Imagine that they make them better but our part only lasted 6 months.

When asked to get an itemized list of charges they could not provide one.

Bill Gephart you better rethink supporting this business. And get this after the last repair I had to call them back again because the tech did not attach the top of my dryer back on.

They first confirmed that the compressor was low on coolant and then after talking with the home office and no additional tests to confirm they all of a sudden they changed their diagnosis and jumped to a compressor replacement to the tune of $1000. I would never recommend them and I think they are just crooks out to rip people off.

When I questioned as to why they were so high they just explained that my particular fridge had expensive parts and it was difficult to work on. I paid them $55 to get out of my house and then went with someone else.

I called all pro because my icemaker was dripping Shane said we needed a water valve and a new icemaker. He said it would be $491.75.

I thought that sounded very high but it was late in the afternoon and we were leaving for vacation and was afraid the house would flood if we didn't get it done...He did it and couldn't have been here for more than 45 minutes and part of that time was waiting for my husband to call me back. I have since gotten two estimates one for $240 and the other for $230. I also found the parts new on line for $180. When he was leaving I asked him to leave the old parts because my husband alway likes to look at the old parts no matter what has been fixed which were now in the new parts box, he hesitated then said yeah I guess so and then he took the labels off the boxes and I bet the reason he did this was the parts were rebuilt...So angry!!!!

I don't mind paying someone a fair price but $250.00 more than anyone else...WOW!!! He knew we were pressured to get it fixed and stole $250 from us. If I'm not mistaken that's $415.67 per hour.

How dare they we work hard for our money!!!!!! Steer clear of "ALLPRO" THEY ARE PROS AT STEALING MONEY!!!!!!

Do not do business with this company! They will tell you to sign for repairs with "5-7 days to decide" and when you try to cancel, they will charge you hundreds of dollars to cancel without any explanations or itemizations, etc!

I called 8 times in two days, tried to talk to a manager (never one available - or would never call me back!), and ended up argument after argument with staff! Left messages, sent e mails and still have never talked to a manager!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! Save yourself money, time, stress and energy and Go somewhere else!
