I wanted a dwarf rabbit and they sold me a regular rabbit. I called to give it back and its been vicious since day one I have scars and blood all over my hands and arms.

All they said is Im sorry. No I want them to have it back and give me what I paid for

On April 16th My wife and I purchased a BB pocket parrot ( age est, 3months) from All pets club in Southington CT. This morning ( May 5th 2021 ) my wife found the bird dead in it's cage, we attempted to take the bird back to Southington all pets club for either a refund or an exchange ( she spoke to a young man who claimed to be the store manager named Scott) who informed her that the store policy was that All pets only guarantees their birds for only 7 days despite it being obvious that the bird had a preexisting condition.

I spoke to Scott myself who told me the same thing. I will be taking the bird to UCONN tomorrow for an Autopsy and intend on filing a small claims civil suit to recover the $497.18 that I spent to purchase the bird and the cost of the autopsy at Uconn unless I am either reimbursed for the price of the bird or I am given an exchange of equal value to my original purchase. I would like to be contacted within 24hours by someone from corporate to resolve this issue. I also would like to add that this is the 2nd animal that we purchased an animal from All Pets club in Southington to die within days of purchase .

in 2018 we purchased a bunny that passed away two days after we purchased. I would also like to add that my wife and I are trained animal caretakers who belong to several rescue organizations and have several other pets currently ( other birds included) without any healthe issues.

Extremely unprofessional staff, appalling treatment of all the reptiles there. One of their corn snakes was dead, and about a year ago when I went here one of their skinks was dead as well.

The red tail boa that has been here for years now is kept in a pathetic excuse of a tank with zero hides whatsoever and looks miserable, I would've bought the poor thing if it wasn't so expensive because of the awful terrarium.

The staff here have no idea what they are doing and are clearly inexperienced when dealing with animals, especially their reptiles. Nearly every time I've been there, I have never seen any staff come in there to check up on the reptiles, its horrendous

They sell puppy mill dogs and lie about it. They dont get from quality breeders like they say.

Look online at the breeders they buy from and look up the breeders. One breeder has over 300 violations since 2017. And they are still in business.

Yes very shocking. I even called the state to verify and they were still in business

I bought 2 pet rats for my daughter about 2 weeks ago. Brought them home and noticed one of them was sneezing an awful lot.

I went back to All Pets store in North Windam, CT. I spoke with a guy named Matt. He told me he would tell the manager and get back to me. Then to my surprise the 2nd rat we bought from that same store had babies.

I went back to the store and told Matt what happened. He didn't believe he sold a pregnant rat cause he said he checks them and the rat didn't look pregnant. A few days later that same guy Matt left a voicemail on my phone stating the manager Mark said if I took the rat to the vet they would reimburse me for the vet visit. Matt told me to stop by the store the day of the vet appointment and get some paperwork to bring with me.

Well I stopped by there this morning and was told they will not pay for any appointment. I got really angry and told Matt F U. Now I have spent $85.50 on a ten dollar rat cause it would have died if it got no treatment. That store should be held responsible for selling sick and pregnant animals.

They should be shut down. I hope that business fails.

When I brought my yorkie. They said bring my dog to a vet within 10days.

Sould the dog have problems they would reimburse me for medications for the dog. My dog had ear mites bad, kennel cough bad, and worms. I took all my doctor receipts and gave to Mark the store manager. Went in month later and asked for my reimbursement.

He said he's so busy, stop in again and submitt them.

I never got reminberessed $58.00 plus.

Store needs better managment. He's a mess.

Listen, this place is nice and all but it’s obvious the puppy’s are suffering and hard to look at. All those cute little dogs drinking from a gerbil water dispenser all sleeping because they have nothing else to do, no space to even run, this place needs to be inspected and shut down it’s clearly obvious to the public eye and many people complained about sick dogs.

The staff is rude and the animal kennels smell terrible ! The puppies look tired and stressed and sick ! Stop selling puppy mill dogs these animals are sick and shouldn't be sold !

All pets club sold me a sick puppy with a bowel disease. They were supposed to reimburse me for the first round of prescribed medicine but never did because they allegedly lost the paperwork.

6 months later the puppy is still sick after countless vet visits and thousands spent. I will be filing a complaint with tge EPA.

I bought a puppy in January and we noticed that it had a cough so we kept it their to be treated for kennel cough. We went back a week later still had it (shouldn't have bought her).

We were finally able to pick her up and after having her home for a day she had bad diarrhea and come to find out had parasites and a UTI.

We have been battling them since we owned her which was the middle of January. They did send us some of the vet bills back but still waiting for the remaining. Our puppy is still sick after almost 7 weeks. Don't buy from there unless you want weekly visits to vet.

REAL breeders do not sell to pet stores they are usually word of mouth. Hopefully we will get our puppy healthy.

I purchased a puppy from All Pets Club who has nothing but unexperienced teens working there. The conditions where filthy and they had other sick dogs there.

I had my puppy not even a week and she began coughing and had pneumonia she was hospitalized to the tune $1300.00. Now they say it was from her booster shots? Really - pneumonia from shots?? They say it was just unfortunate and they wanted me to return the dog like it was a pair of shoes that didn't fit.

This is not over with them - they take advantage of customers. How do they live with themselves

Purchased a bloodhound puppy found out 24 hours later found puppy had pneumonia from kennel cough and a wood screw in its stomach . store refused to take animal back in violation of state law,puppy also got my other pet sick with kennel cough, forty five hundred dollars later in vet bills store only offered a five hundred dollar store credit also in violation of state law,complaint was filed with Department of Agriculture and BBB .I am a police officer and the bloodhound will never get its chance to save lives or find a lost child.Do not buy from this business.
