Still not got my order
A 3rd Arsenal jersey was ordered on 2 January 2025. Payment by visa debit card received as payment has gone out of my account. To no information has been provided as to when I will receive my order.
I have emailed and tried phoning, but referred to alljersey website without success or resolution.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
I placed an order for two Liverpool shirts about 2months ago.one arrived after around 10days with no comment regarding the other one.I received an email later to say my order had been partially shipped with Saxons shirt to follow,since then I have heard nothing from them.When I try to call them ( probably 6-7times) you are advised that they are very busy and then get told they are transferring you to their website but you get cut off.
I have tried sending them emails to three different addresses advertised by them but all of them have been bounced back as not able to deliver.
It looks like I am never going to get my other shirt or my money back I would advise anyone else to be very cautious when dealing with this company

Make it easier to contact you. I placed an order for the 23/24 arsenal shirts thay are the wrong ones have placed a another order for the 24/25 shirts and would like a refund for the 23/24 shirts please. Gina leer
