thay said that they would look into it and they did and the top come the next day. i would just say to be patient with them and even though it took a long time to come it did arrive and thay are very good football tops so definitely bye from there.
new arsenal 5xl top I have received an email to say it was being prepared for dispatch and I would receive my Royal Mail tracking number, but I have heard nothing since, and that was three weeks ago; now into the fourth week.

A 3rd Arsenal jersey was ordered on 2 January 2025. Payment by visa debit card received as payment has gone out of my account. To no information has been provided as to when I will receive my order.
I have emailed and tried phoning, but referred to alljersey website without success or resolution.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
- - Ordered two Liverpool shirts; only one arrived after about 10 days.
- - The other shirt was not shipped; there have been no updates.
I placed an order for two Liverpool shirts about 2months ago.one arrived after around 10days with no comment regarding the other one.I received an email later to say my order had been partially shipped with Saxons shirt to follow,since then I have heard nothing from them.When I try to call them ( probably 6-7times) you are advised that they are very busy and then get told they are transferring you to their website but you get cut off.
I have tried sending them emails to three different addresses advertised by them but all of them have been bounced back as not able to deliver.
It looks like I am never going to get my other shirt or my money back I would advise anyone else to be very cautious when dealing with this company
